I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Payoneer. My account was blocked without any clear reason, even after I uploaded all the required documents they asked for. No proper explanation was given for why my account was restricted.
The worst part? Once your account is blocked, you cannot withdraw your own money. Payoneer holds your funds with no way for you to access them. This is unacceptable for a financial service. Your money is essentially trapped with no timeline given for resolution.
I would strongly warn anyone relying on Payoneer as their primary payment method — if your account gets flagged, you risk losing access to your funds completely. Their customer support has been unhelpful and unresponsive throughout this entire ordeal.
I would not recommend Payoneer to anyone. There are far better and more reliable payment platforms available.

I Thought being a Solid financial service provider, their focus will be to resolve customer concerns, But i was wrong, I applied for account, uploaded all the required docs, but without giving me any reason, they blocked the account. I've been using Payoneer for about 4 years. In the beginning, I would withdraw from Payoneer around 9 or 10am and it would always land in my bank account around 7pm on the same say.
For the last 7 or 8 months, it has taken anything up to 2 or 3 days, which was extremely irritating. But, this morning I withdrew and funds were in my bank account in less than 5 minutes.
If this is the way Payoneer is going then I will be sticking with them. If not, then I will be moving to another payment platform.

After 4 years of using the account only to receive and withdraw payments from companies in a completely legitimate way, even using vendors associated with Payoneer such as Airtm to withdraw my funds, they closed my account for supposedly violating the terms and conditions, which, after reading them myself, I can confidently say I did not do.
The only response they give you is that the decision is final, and they refuse to tell you the actual reason. They leave you completely helpless with your money being withheld. After researching, it seems I am far from the only person going through this same situation.

Instead of receiving assistance, the calls were repeatedly unsuccessful because the representatives claimed they could not hear me, despite my phone functioning normally with every other call.
I submitted legitimate verification documents several times while attempting to open a business account, yet I was unable to get proper guidance or resolution from support.
A financial platform handling customer accounts should provide reliable, responsive, and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
Payoneer is 100% not trustworthy
I wanted to make an account in order to be able to sell on Catawiki. Other than that I had no business ever making an account. I completed absolutely everything they asked me, all the personal information they asked, thinking it would take a few moments like on Revolut to get approved. They instantly blocked my account, I thought it was weird as I had provided all the information needed. I called them and the lady on the phone seemed like she was instructed to keep me on a loop on how I didn't follow guidelines. When I asked her what i didn't follow she said she couldn't tell me to keep user confidentiality. What user? I am the user. She kept keeping me on a loop for another 30 minutes on the same "if you want us we can send you our guidlines and you can figure it out". I do not see why anyone would ever want to work with them, they seem completely oblivious to the world around them. I feel like they just gathered my data and gave me the boot. Be very Careful with this "bank".

I have had a withdrawal canceled by this company for no reason and was informed to reach out to my bank which I did and no issues were found. I started the withdrawal again and they canceled it again and left it in pending status so I have no access to my money at all. I have been patiently waiting for this issue to be resolved for over a week at this point and each time all I am told is that it has been escalated with no resolution. AND IT SEEMS THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE ANY MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE, AS ONE IS NEVER AVAILABLE TO ASSIST.
