The virtual credit card won't work. Thhey keep referring me to the merchant even though it's clear that the problem is with their card. Also, their customer service is totally innoperant -they don't read the thread, keep giving the same lame answers, it's basically useless and my money is trapped. Aside from that, it's very difficult to find a merchant that accepts it -and when they do, the card won't work
