PawTree to the rescue!!
PawTree has been our pet nutrition of choice for many years. We discovered this company after we had exhausted so many other programs that just didn’t solve our dog’s issues. His itching, smelling like corn chips and licking his paws nearly drove our family crazy. Vet visits were expensive and didn’t help.
Today, Luke is so healthy, shiny and a happy boy. We are so thankful to have a stress free life with him.
I strongly recommend this program to anyone looking for a solution.

I’ve been incredibly impressed
I’ve been incredibly impressed with the quality and consistency of pawTree’s products. Every item, from their pet food and supplements to treats, clearly reflects a deep understanding of pet nutrition and wellness. The ingredients are clean, thoughtfully sourced, and backed by real science, not marketing fluff.
My pets not only love the taste, but I’ve also noticed visible improvements in their coats, digestion, and overall energy levels. It’s rare to find a brand that combines such premium formulations with genuine care for pets’ long-term health.
Pawtree customer service stinks
Pawtree customer service stinks. If you ever decide to sell their products, you cannot delete your credit card from their account. How ever convenient for them. They have continue to charge my card for this the 3rd month and say they are not. Why would it show up on my card. I would have thought someone would have called me to help me so I went straight to my credit card company as they want to keep taking my money. Second thoughts before you decide to become a distributor!

Outstanding Customer Service
Dear PawTree Team,
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service I have received from your team over the past few months. When I first brought my new Maltese puppy, Charlee, home, my breeder, Gayle Dougan-Wall, highly recommended your company. Though I was initially unfamiliar with your brand, I decided to give it a try—and I am so glad I did.
Every interaction I’ve had with your team has been nothing short of outstanding. Recently, I purchased two bags of food that unfortunately didn’t work for my puppy. The two representatives who assisted me were incredibly understanding and processed a refund without hesitation, allowing me to select a more suitable option. When I offered to return the unused food, I was pleasantly surprised by their generosity in suggesting that I donate it instead. Because of your kindness, I will be passing it along to the Brittany Foundation, where I know it will be put to good use.
It’s rare to find a company that not only provides high-quality products but also prioritizes customer satisfaction to this degree. Your team’s professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care have made me a loyal customer, and I will gladly continue to recommend your company to fellow pet owners.
Thank you again for your outstanding service—I truly appreciate it.
Best regards, Robyn Zakar
pawTree is an MLM company first and foremost
First, and foremost, pawTree is an MLM company, meaning breeders make A LOT of money to convince their customers that this is an exceptional product for the puppies they are adopting (though there is a staggering amount of evidence to the contrary).
Next, the customer service is not consistent. We had an issue arise where an initial order of food was making our puppy sick, and they replaced the food immediately. We were so impressed. Unfortunately, when we had another issue arise later, we received a completely different response. Almost like we were dealing with a different company. Apparently, you get the "nice" customer service facade at the start, but that goes away if you have more than one issue. We felt deceived. Not to mention, we spent a fortune in shipping costs to return items we could not use.
Finally, most reputable veterinarians have never heard of pawTree, and when they research the company, they are not impressed.
In summary, I would highly recommend you do your due diligence in researching the company before buying their products for your pets. Their MLM structure ensures that the high price you pay has nothing to do with high quality and everything to do with lining the pockets of greedy owners and breeders.

So far so good
So far so good, they like the chicken, not so on the beef, but I haven't pushed the beef, my little one loves the treats, so I am satisfied with my purchase, Thank U in advance, and Happy Holidays!!!
Change of Ingredients
We have been using PawTree for our American staffy for a little over a year now. He’s a pretty big dog, and we’ve been using the joint support plus and salmon oil. We noticed a huge difference in our dogs mobility when he takes them. Unfortunately, we will stop using PawTree and look for another company. With their new packaging, I noticed a difference in ingredients in the joint support supplements. One of the ingredients used to be liver oil, this is now been substituted for canola oil and later on down the list is sunflower oil, which are both inflammatory, giving us opposite effect in what we’re intending to give our dog. At the same price. They are using lower quality ingredients now.
Excellent Customer Service
The customer service was the best I have had in years! I needed to return a couple items and there was no problem, no shipping costs and my refund was in my account in 2 days! The person on the phone was helpful and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this company based on their customer service!
Your website is not user friendly
Your website is not user friendly. I recently tried to place another order, I kept getting a message that the item was out of stock, but it wasn't originally listed that way. I still haven't received part of my original order which was almost 2 months ago. Also, you should have Pawtree not Support show in your emails about orders. That looks FAKE.
First time customer
First time customer. I order two different items. I received one item! I paid for two items, where is my 2nd item? Please issue a refund on the second item or explain where it is.
