Spent way over 5 figures on their porcelain slabs, grout and used one of their 'recommended installers'.

To cut a long story short, the quality of the install was really poor, I genuinely don't think you have to have any qualifications or experience to be on their list. My recommendation is to look for someone local where you can view their previous work, especially when spending this sort of money.

The quality of the Pavestone grout was so poor that this was actually refunded in full in the end.

2 years later, my patio doesn't look great at all, certainly not like the images on the Pavestone site!! The grout looks terrible all over, I still have a lot of staining on the slabs and I already have sinking and cracks in some areas.

Disappointed that I used a firm on their recommendation and that I fell for their premium product *ullshi*

Great product range, with products to suit all requirements.
The samples I ordered arrived on time and in perfect condition too.

I have been using Pavestone products for a few years now and been thrilled with the various products used. From walling units, cladding and obviously paving products, I highly recommend them to all my clients and various contractors that I work alongside. Not only are the products great, but the staff are so helpful. If there is an issue, such as clients changing their minds last minute or when we have broken a paving stone through accidentally dropping a large peice of machinery on it - they are always quick to assist. I only have the upmost praise for Pavestone. Never ‘fobbed off’ and always dealing with the same people. Perfect when you are recommending to clients. Highly recommended!

A brilliant company to deal with, helpful phone staff dealing with enquiries and prompt deliveries both into yard and direct to site. Great products, with plenty of choice right across the price range. Highly recommend!!

I had 3 packs of Indian Stone supplied by a local builders yard, it was a Pavestone product. Sold as a 20mm thick product. It was not, most of the paving was 18mm at its thickest point of paving. There was lots of points where it was 15mm.
I sent the product back as it was not fit for purpose. I’ve a similar product in the past and it cracks down the length of the paving stones.
The builder merchants who sold the sandstone has also made it very difficult and dragged their feet through out the process and in the end charged me a 20% restocking fee.
Pavestone have been notified about this but nothing has been done.

Sent an email to your colleague Krystal Williams on the 14th of October with a video attachment showing the state of the returned paving.
Side note been landscaping and working with calibrated Indian Sandstone Paving since it came into the UK. If what he says is true he has just confirmed that they sell junk paving as I’ve never had anything so bad.

After 20 years i finally deceided to replace my my old faded patio. I had seen Pavestone advertised locally and rang them. The 3 samples i asked for quickly arrived. Having made my choice i rang and placed my order of porcelain 600x900 slabs. The ladies in the office were very helpful. Once the order was ready for delivery a date was arranged. A problem then arose when i was called informing me of damage to the stock at the docks just a few days before delivery and our contractor was already on site preparing. The office staff were very apologetic and an alternative was given. They then pulled out all the stops when it was found the slabs i had ordered were ok and the delivery was made in good time. The driver was also excellent and did all he could when the drop was made.
My patio was completed and looks super.

I was really pleased with my Pavestone driveway, it looks fantastic. Really high quality.

I recently ordered 7 pallets of block paving , as a returning customer .
Very impressed with their customer services efficiency .
The pallets were delivered within 48hrs with only a couple of broken blocks out of this large order .
I will definitely be using Pavestone again in the near future , as they are competitively priced and reliable .

At JT Dove South Shields we deal with Richard Boucher weekly, his knowledge and assistance is always on point and our landscapers love the standards of the products. I also had some dealings with James Crossland who was also very helpful.

Pavestone recently offered generosity towards a charity raffle held in branch.

I've been using Pavestone products for many years now using block paving ,sandstone flags and porcelain tile products .With a good variation on each products colours and sizes to suit all different garden projects.. samples are easy to obtain with a clear image of what product will look like ..and no issues with delivery times (unlike other companies I've used.).
I definitely would recommend Pavestone products.great service with competitive pricing.

I have been installing pavestone for a couple of years now and I can't fault any of their products. I have had the pleasure of meeting the reps and some of the sale staff and are always met with helpful tips and a wealth of knowledge.
They have a fantastic range of porcelain which are easier to clean for the low maintenance garden everyone is after.
And each range comes in a variety of colours to match your chosen aesthetic.
I have even used their moodul walling to build an outside kitchen which is on display and patio centre.

Our slabs were delivered on time and we were pleased with the quality
A few of them were damaged. but a quick phone call and replacements were sent the next day.
