Like I've said several times before, you have excellent customer service, ease of ordering by phone. Ordering online is sometimes frustrating because when I go to order, I cannot select my size sometimes and you keep sending me "We think you'll like these" emails when I've either purchased them already or am not interested in the ones you send and you send the same products over and over and over again. Also, I live out west, the flowery short sleeve shirts you sell do not appeal to me. I"m not a flowery shirt kinda guy. I did order one that wasn't too flowery, but on the whole, your shirts look more like Aloha shirts than every day type shirt. here in the west.

I had a gift card to redeem, and the number I was instructed to use didn't work. The representative was very friendly, providing an inordinately long number that did the trick. In future, I'll trust the phone personnel over online.

Quality product at a reasonable price.

The shirts are great and sizes are accurate.....fast delivery and only one small problem---I've had to send a couple of shirts back because the wrong size was sent but the new shirt was replaced very quickly and delivered! Nothing but positives from me!!!!!

Paul Fredrick always sends me quality garments. Everything fits as described. The lone time that I had to return something, they handled it beautifully. I love the style and selection. And, most importantly, those styles always get me great complinents.

Too soon to give a score. The shirts look great and they arrived as promised. I have not worn them or washed them. The real test of the promise here is no ironing. I look forward to that result as promised.

Paul Fredrick products have been fantastic. Every item I have purchased have been high quality and exactly what I expected. My only disappointment was a recent shirt order I made with an item I was very much eager for and looking forward to. I received a notice the item had been refunded without any additional information. I can only assume they did not actually have the item to send to me. This is the only barrier to a 5 Star review. Cheers.

I was most pleased with the quality of the shirts I purchased. The first order shirts were too big (my fault - clicked the wrong size). Returning them and replacing with the correct size was a breeze. Shirts I had ordered from Macy's (wrinkle free, perma press, etc.) came out of the dryer so wrinkled I couldn't even iron the wrinkles out. The shirts from Paul Frederick were washed and came out of the drawer perfect. No touch-up ironing needed and the sleeve creases were crisp and sharp. I have a new go-to for clothes.
