I would like to know if there is anyone other than myself that would like to join in on a Class Action law suit against this company. They kept my money and never sent my refund and I feel if any company operates in the United States via Internet or personally needs to sued and taken out of business for ripping off consumers. I m impressed with the pay later system provided by passfeed. This helps a lot for the customers who are running out of Money. I ordered a watch and I must say the quality of product is very good. it awesome works and it is cheap.

This company is a complete scam. Stay away! Ordered some Gymshark gear on there very well put together site that impersonates the Gymshark brand. Correct items haven't been received and the company has done a runner!

as others these are a complete scam site - i got stung on the GymShark one too! look out for other fake sites though, they use the same imagery so very difficult to spot. check the URL if its not GymShark don't buy!

We got caught by this scam too... No goods were shipped. When we realised it was a dummy website, we emailed and they said they would refund but because of international payments it would take 10-30 days (such a joke). We are still pushing to get a response from these cowboys, but this will be taken up with the bank.

This company is a SCAM!! My son thought he was buying from Gym Shark. When parcel arrived it was all the wrong stuff. He emailed them twice and no reply. I thought that was odd for a company like Gym Shark. When I looked into it I realised he’d been scammed. Their site is a dupe.
We’ve called Nationwide and started a Visa dispute. The bank said they’d had quite a few from this company. Avoid.

Purchased as a Christmas gift the first week of December didn't deliver until first week in January. Company shipped wrong size all 3 pairs. Ordered XL sent L I have been emailing the company to return, refund, or exchange for the correct size. After several emails they are only offering $20 and keep what they sent. Which would be ok but they are the wrong size. I want a full refund or my correct order. Which shouldn't be this difficult. Awful company and dishonest. I thought I ordered gymshark leggings.

Just like everyone else I’ve been scammed too. Bought two ‘gym shark’ half zips and shorts and when the items finally arrived they’re fake. I was emailing gym fit and received an email from them today stating they’re not the supplier but as they have a similar name to the scam company they’re looking into legal action. Thought I’d be able to get my money back but after looking at these reviews it seems hopeless. Just hope no one else in the future is scammed by this company, just seems mad that this has happened to so many people and they keep getting away with it?

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM.
Complete and utter rip off, sham company. I purchased gymshark goods & when they arrived were a) the wrong goods & b) shoddy rip off copies.
I have made several attempts to contact Passfeed to arrange return & refund but despite my efforts this company are completely ignoring my requests.

Stay away from these boys. If you get an email from them saying that your order has been confirmed and the money taken from your account, contact your bank immediately. I have been waiting months for my order to appear and when I contact them, get a generic email back saying it's being dealt with -NOT. Don't trust them.

Thought I was ordering from PitViper - website looked exactly like theirs. After paying, got payment confirmation from PassFeed. Was my first alert that I was scammed. Product finally showed up and is a knockoff. PassFeed was not helpful - sends email with nonworking link for refund. Calling did not help.
Found out from PitViper that they are in U.S.A. and several folks were scammed by this fake website and payment processor.

Purchased what i thought was 3 pairs of Gymshark Leggings from Instagram and directed me to passfeed page. It took over a month for my order but it did come , everything looked legit and i was happy with mu purchase. After 2 wears , one pair of the leggings ripped. I then contacted Gymshark to advise and when they wanted confirmation of the order ( which i sent them) they advised these were counterfit and not legit gymshark leggings. I am trying to contact pass feed to give me back my money but i am having no luck. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Company takes your money and you never get it back. You get Chinese clothes that are poor quality. I have put an email and called but no one answers. Never buy anything from this company Save your money, buy from secure and reliable sites!

No money back £105 down the drain and no Christmas presents to show for it !
Bank said they have to request it back from them , but this was weeks ago . This site needs closed down . It’s an absolute disgrace . If anyone managed to get their money back please let us know .

Has anybody got a refund or a reply back from this crew Passfeed? Is there even a phone number to call. My daughter ordered what she thought was Gym Shark leggings and by the looks of what you all say, we too have been robbed. How the hell can they do it so subtly!! If anyone has managed to get a refund, let us know. Thankvyou

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH...AVOID AT ALL COSTS...THEY SEND YOU RUBBISH THAT YOU WOULDN'T USE FOR RAGS AND WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM THEY NEVER ANSWER YOU.. I'M REPORTING THEM TO THE AUTHORITIES FOR FALSE ADVERTISING AND SELLING FAKE GOODS.....SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE

If I could give 0 I would, I'm experiencing the same as others with gym shark leggings, said my order had been shipped. Item says I ordered a boho stripped tunic dress!!! Says it was shipped from Netherlands, I emailed to say that's not what I ordered. No word since that was end of November. Leggings are for my daughter for Christmas. As far as I recall I was on the gym shark site too.
Please everyone contact your bank and dispute payment, we need to get this site shut down.
