I order my personalised (3 balloons ) pack in advance and they arrived a day ahead which was perfect as I could hide them and give them to hubby this morning as a surprise.
The balloons are perfectly inflated and the personalised print is great.
I order with trepidation because ratings in google are not as good but I’m glad I did.
Nice little surprise during lockdown 2.0!
Perhaps the gift card is a bit overpriced as it is hand written but overall very happy.

Wonderful. Delivered absolutely on time for my grandson’s third birthday. The box is great and the balloon rises gently out as you open the flaps. He was so thrilled with it ..... and wouldn’t let us throw the box out !!! Thank you your communication was really good from purchase to delivery.

I ordered balloons for my brother's 40th to arrive on the day as he is self-isolated on his own and I wanted him to receive something on the morning of his birthday to cheer him up. Disappointingly, these didn't arrive on time, despite the pricey courier service. However, this was a Royal Mail issue and Party Save Smile were extremely responsive, very apologetic and issued me a full refund. I really appreciate the time they took to get back to me and the fact I got my money back. For this reason I'd absolutely use their service again and recommend them as a great self-made company!

Well packaged, fantastic timing, left star off has one of the balloons was quite deflated upon arrival .will order again from you if I need any party items

Delivery options were made clear at ordering stage and so my helium filled balloons arrived in perfect condition one day ahead of my son’s birthday. Very pleased and highly recommend.
