Came quickly and nice tablecloths and balloons went down well.

An item I ordered has been opened and was only partially available.
I was delighted when a representative from the business called to tell me and said that because there was only 4 balloons rather than 6 they would simply send them to me and refund the amount.
Outstanding!!!
However, I never received my refund and when I emailed them to complain I never got a reply.
Bad situation made better then ruined.
