Placed an order on the 18th of February 2026 for a treadmill belt for my Sole F85 treadmill. It has now been more than 2 weeks since placing my order and still haven't received the belt.
I've tried contacting Parts for Treadmill via phone, with no answer. I've also sent 8 emails, but communication / service from Parts for Treadmill is less than satisfactory.
Parts for Treadmill replied on one of my emails with a Waybill number, but when tracking the parcel it shows that it has been at "the shippers warehouse" since the 25th of February and hasn't moved or updated since.
After I placed the order, the order confirmation from Part for Treadmill states "If you don’t receive it within 10 business days after payment, please contact us so we can check the shipping status", which I have done but haven't received any meaningful support or replies.
Feels like I have paid for an item which I won't be receiving, and no....Parts for Treadmill has not reached out via email or phone in an attempt to get in touch or provide support (seems like this is a convenient excuse used in previous ratings received on Trust Pilot).
Update 10/03/2026 - As requested, the associated order number is 18260219304. I am sure you will be able to get my name and contact details on the back of checking the order number.
I've received a tracking number (CI017917180NL) on the 25th of February (order was placed on 18th February), but the parcel has still not moved and the status still shows as "created" (not in transit, out for delivery, etc.)
It has been 3 weeks since placing and paying for my order, yet I have no update or visibility on when I will receive my order (if at all).
Furthermore, the email address (suppurt(at)fixfit.io) never replies to any emails or provide any updates to the orders placed. The WhatsApp numbers also do not reply to any queries or messages that I sent through to Parts for Treadmill.
Update 26/03/2026 - Happy to report that I have received my treadmill belt after a period of 4 weeks (order place 18 February, belt delivered on 18 March). The belt itself seems to be good quality, and have already done more than 50kms on it with no issues.
Upgraded my rating from 1 star to 4 stars, would have been 5 stars if the after sales support and communication was better from Parts for Treadmill, as I sent numerous emails without any replies after placing the order.

When the treadmills belt collapses and the manufacturer "Horizon" is not offering any replacement, hectic google searching begins.
Finally I ended up with "partsfortreadmills.com".
Lucky me, they are offering belts for nearly every brand and every make, most of them in stock (!!) for very reasonable prices.
Can this be true ?? Is this a fake, will somebody deceive me ? The "Trustpilot" gave me convidence with over 100 for the most part positve opinions - and I ordered!
The following Monday I received a message that my belt is about to be shipped, on Saturday I hold the package in my hands, coming from Milano to my destination south in Spain. Two hours later I had my treadmill repaired.
I am not somebody writing (positive) reviews because I share the opinion that I can expect good value for my money. Unfortunately, you often find somebody in the internet taking your money and delivering nothing.
"partsfortreadmills.com" seems to be a very positive exception - thank you!!

Wrong controller was sent and was different to the one on the treadmill and the pictures from item description. Didn’t work and still waiting on answers or a refund. Really poor customer service so won’t be using this lot again.

The 180J Belt is not compatible with a 497mm Belt. The 497mm Belt is actually a 195J Belt. We are a Fitness Equipment Engineering Company who carry out warranty work for NordicTrack, and I can assure you this Belt will not fit.

Sent these guys my controller in 2023 to repair, they confirmed receipt of my controller and said they would get back to me as they had a large backlog, I spent years following this up only to receive reply’s they would look into my order and then nothing.
Eventually I gave up trying to get my controller back.

I should have read the reviews. They sold me an incline motor that is not compatible with my treadmill and refuse to acknowledge this, expecting me to send it at my own cost from UK to Italy.
Even their own recommended engineer has confirmed this part doesn’t work, I sent them all the proof they need and they stopped replying to emails completely.
I had to submit a claim with Mastercard to try and recover the money that I don’t have to waste.
UPDATE: of course they replied to my review with a lie, the part is not the one I requested, I will continue with the claim.
UPDATE V2: unfortunately I cannot upload emails and images, but I bought the part THEY told me to buy, not the one I requested. They then said it was compatible, which it wasn’t, and I have proof that it isn’t.
Then I asked to return it for a refund and they wanted me to pay for the return label, even though they missold the part which was never going to work, and when I sent a formal complaint email with all the proof of the part that I requested versus what they told to buy, and proof that it doesn’t work, they stopped replying to emails.
I feel very unprotected as a customer and really scammed by this company.
I can see very many similar stories on this page, so they really need to rethink their practises, it’s really unacceptable.

We were correctly advised to replace the band as well as the motherboard of a Techness Run 800, which was otherwise unrepairable (and non functional). So we were pleased with the result. Their return policy regarding company orders seems odd.

Feb 22nd still no respons to any of my emails over the last 6 days. Can not recommend doing any business with them. They gotten the wrong belt back, but not sent a new correct, nor confirmed the size as I asked. Or refunded my money.
Edit feb. 20th.: Asked for a refund, because of the lack of confirmation and delay and not answering emails. Still no respons.
Ordered a belt for my Kettler Marathon HS. One the website is startede, that the belt was specifically for this model, but showed no measurements. When I orderes I asked about the measurements and specifically wrote the specs for the Kettler Marathon HS as mentioned in the manual. They sent the belt. The one i got was 3cm to short and 2 cm in width. Also was suppose to be 2.2mm thick, but was only 1mm.
The make things better it is also cut uneven so the width ranges between 47 and 48cm.
Edit: 3 days later still haven't heard from supplier.

Supplier has emailed return lable for wrong belt and said UPS will pick it up, but not when (cant stay home all day every day!!!), but not sent a new one and not confirmed the correct measurements of the belt. Apparently only answers emails every other day!
Will off course revise my review when and if I get the correct belt with the correct measurements (500x3130x2.2mm).
I've been writing with you by email, so we are in contact. But you only reply emails every 2-3 days. And you still haven't sent the correct part, despite I have sent several emails and UPS have collected the wrong belt. So it's not me that's not getting the emails or not answering them. I got some and answered all and several times.
As per feb 19, I've sent 10 emails and you only replied 5 of them and non of them has answered my 2 questions. 1. Are you sure the belt your sending are the correct measurements as stated from manufacturer (Transportband 500x3130x2.2)?
2. When will I get it?
Already been 25 days since I first ordered.
Really REALLY bad customer service.

I had a mixed experience with Parts for Treadmill. On the positive side, their team, especially Lourdes, was helpful and communicative. They went out of their way to assist with finding parts for older treadmill models, even suggesting alternatives and offering refunds if the parts didn’t work. Delivery was reasonably quick, and with some effort, the parts did the job. However, the process wasn’t entirely straightforward, with needing to send detailed photos and do some trial-and-error in fitting. Overall, decent service but not entirely hassle-free.

TODAY I RECEIVED A PACKAGE WITH AN ENGINE TO MY WATTERROWER. IT IS NOT ORIGINAL ENGINE which was shown in the picture and in the description. IT IS A CHINESE CHEAP COUNTERFEIT. MY MACHINE DOES NOT WORK WITH IT AND THE BRACKETS DO NOT FIT. THE SAME ENGINE ON ALIEXPRESS COSTS 10 EUROS. I PAYED 44,58 EURO.I asked about a refund but no one replied. I do not recommend.

The shop sent me the wrong parts (break pads for a spinning bike). When I complained the first said that the parts were interchangeable. But they were not.
After some discussion they sent me correct ones and let me keep the wrong ones with a short info that I can reuse the felt.
