What a fantastic firm, ordered touch up paint through Mercedes, five weeks later still nothing arrived, emailed PFS got a quick reply ordered the product and arrived next day, job now done, well done.

May I congratulate your team on your extraordinary service.
My first emailed enquiry, made on Monday 7th April which was responded to promptly and courteously, gave me the confidence to initiate my order.
I completed payment on Monday evening, well after working hours.
From receiving my order at 9am on Tuesday 8th April, to picking, packaging and organising delivery to my door by lunchtime today, 9th April, took less than 27 hours.
This is outstanding service by any measure.
I hope the fitting of the parts goes half as smoothly.

Been trying to call for a 10 working days. 25 calls if press the volvo option constant says line busy try again. Press option 5 an it just rings til a recording comes on saying opening hours or gives an email address. (Ill see uf i can upload a copy of my call history to prove the calls, as dont like it bring implied im a liar as they have on my googke review, which you cant reply back to)

Have used the contact us form kn their website several times an noone responds back.

So bought parts from a different supplier who were very quick an easy to contact.

Phoned this company at 16.35 on 15th May 2024.
I needed replacement front coil springs for my Saab 95.
The gentleman I spoke to advised me that they didn't have the part in stock but they would order it and delivery would be approximately a week.
He took my registration number which he then matched with my VIN number and advised me of the correct part for my car. He also informed me that in this situation it was advisable to change both springs at the same time. Despite telling me it would take about a week to acquire the parts - I took delivery of them two days later at 1pm on 17th May.

Thank you PFS for your prompt, efficient, professional service - I find it quite refreshing to deal with a company which actually wants to help its customers.

I've used PFS several times now and found them to be a very knowledgeable and reliable company. Always helpful on the phone if you are not sure about what you need. Even though Saab ceased production in 2011 they keep a wide stock of parts and offer a prompt delivery service. I recently ordered a part online on a Tuesday eve (a replacement mirror), it was with me by Friday morning. Excellent service.

volvo 240 products, found many items i struggled with on ebay and web searching, pfs had them, expensive delivery is the only complain i have, but you get registered delivery with a guarantee so it's justified, great selection, reasonable prices, and i'm a hard fella to please, thanks guys

Parts arrive very speedily. The most recent order I placed included both mechanical, as well as a rare SAAB upholstery item - which needed a little extra time (I was aware of this when ordering). Alex at PFS Parts went the extra mile with customer service: he sent everying else bar the pholstery item so that the important mechanical work could be done.

Terrible company, took money off me for a order i still havent received 9 days later. Couldnt write down a adress correctly. Stongly advise not buying from these people.
