Try, just try to get a refund from them!
Try, just try to get a refund from the company when you arrive at the garage and it's too full to fit you in. There were texts attempts, emails sent and calls that they didn't even hear my story and they hung up. The company can be good if it works but if it doesn't work, good luck getting a refund. And just for the record I had to pay at another parking garage.
Don’t assume a pass means a parking spot
For the second time was turned away because the garage was full.Twice I was late for appointments at mount Sinai hospital. The attendants advise wad to call parkwhiz and complain, there was nothing he can do.I have lost confidence in this company.
I would give no stars if possible
I would give no stars if possible. This business sold us a place that was locked up. Will not refund our $75. Do not use them! Look at all complaints on BBB site.
Park Whiz is a scam
Park Whiz is a scam, horrible company. I'll spare you the details with our "campsite" overnight east of Denver in Limon, CO, but it was a disaster. Never buy from this company, total fraud.
ZERO Stars for ParkWhiz
I reserved parking in Chicago for three days. One day into my stay the garage closed for an indeterminate amount of time. This reservation was a park once and leave it reservation, but I happened to go to my car to drop something off only to find that there were no other cars on the garage and it was closed. Luckily, I was able to get my car out, but I had to find other parking. I filed a complaint with ParkWhiz and they asked for additional information, which I provided. It has been crickets since. I will never use ParkWhiz again! Terrible service. Best of luck to you if you decide to rely on PatkWhiz for your parking needs.

I purchased a parking ticket for Wednesday May 15th,2024 for the Dallas Wings games. I received parking ticket to park 3 miles away from the game. The address I was provided to park at was 1008 Harrison Ave. Arlington, TX 76011. That was 30 dollars that I wasted for parking. I had to pay again and parked closer to the stadium. I don't have 30 dollars to just give away.
Terrible Service
Terrible Service, Deceptive Practices, and Nonexistent Customer Care
Rating: ⭐
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ParkWhiz, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I paid full price for a service that I never received, and to add insult to injury, I was turned away like a stray dog at their establishment. It took me a month of relentless pursuit just to get them to acknowledge their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.
First and foremost, their so-called "service" is nonexistent. Despite shelling out my hard-earned money, I was left high and dry without even a semblance of the assistance I paid for. And what's worse? They had the audacity to turn me away at their doorstep, as if my patronage meant absolutely nothing to them.
But wait, it gets better. Not content with just providing abysmal service, ParkWhiz decided to throw in a sneaky disclaimer buried in the fine print. Oh, you want to bring a van-sized vehicle? Well, that's going to cost you extra! Because apparently, hiking up the prices for larger vehicles wasn't enough of a cash grab for them.
As if their lack of service and deceptive practices weren't enough, let's talk about their customer care. Or should I say, lack thereof? It took me a whole month of calling, emailing, and practically begging for them to acknowledge their wrongdoing. And even when they finally did, their apology felt about as genuine as a plastic flower.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and steer clear of ParkWhiz. They're a prime example of everything that's wrong with businesses today – greedy, deceitful, and utterly indifferent to the needs of their customers. Trust me, you're better off taking your business elsewhere.

ParkWhiz scammers
ParkWhiz advertised a .8 mile distance to my venue driving and it’s 1.2 miles and takes 15 minutes. Walking takes 25-30- false advertising. They up-charged the garage by $20 and there are several garages closer to the venue. They scam on people.

Booked from 04.22.2024 to 05.06.2024 in Bosten . My flight was canceled. Used there service for about 6 hrs. Asking for refund on there app and via email and got no response @ all ( paid almost 270 $ ). 05.09.2024 and still no response or refund 😑.
Don’t bother with this service
Don’t use this app you are paying more for parking . Recently used and I could not exit garage had to call security and wait until he called the head of security to let us out . Emailed park whiz to report did not offer my money back. Will never use again

Worst Customer Service Ever!
This company used to provide excellent customer service, but no longer!!
I purchased two tickets to one parking lot in SF for a total of $40 for an event on the evening of April 18th. When my colleage and I arrived on time, the parking lot was full, with no attendant on duty. The lot only had spaces for 10-12 cars.
We had to locate another lot, and was late for our event. I have been trying for several hours to get a refund. I followed all of their procedures, and no response.
I will never use them again, and highly advise everyone else to be forewarned. When something goes wrong and you need help, they are nowhere on the planet. Such a shame! This is what happens when a company management that cares about customers gets acquired and they lose their customers, focused only on new customers and do not prioritize customer retention…..a recipe for failure!
Using ParWhiz was annoying
Using ParWhiz was annoying. When I got to the parking lot that I had reserved, I didn't realize that I was supposed to take a ticket. So I spent a few minutes trying to use my emailed PassWhiz code to get in. When I left, it was even worse, it told me that my PassWhiz code was "used" and it wouldn't open the gate. I had to wait for an attendant and read the numbers next to the code to him. Finally, I could have gotten the same rate and saved the ParWhiz $1.80 fee by just parking "normally." This turned out to be a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.
No customer service. Problem at garage you're on your own.
Parkwhiz provided QR code did not work at garage for entry or exit.
Called customer service after getting into garage. Long waits, their message was to text so I did. No response.
Had to contact garage operator (remote) to exit garage.
SLOWEST Customer Service with unhelpful response
I accidentally booked a parking space for an ungodly time I DID NOT need. I tried to cancel instantaneously but they would not respond (kind of expected it was 3 in the morning). HOWEVER, they responded literally a WEEK later with a passive aggressive reminder of the cancellation policy and a credit I will never use because like hell am I going to book with someone who takes so long to respond to customer service. I want my actual $7 back, not some credit a week late that I will not be using.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I booked a garage in Astoria (Astoria Central Parking on 31st St) but then had to leave my car with the mechanic for a few days and ended up not needing the parking. I called ParkWhiz to cancel a 4-day reservation the day after it had started (I forgot to cancel the day before). They called the parking garage for me and originally offered me a $30 credit (the total had been $80 + tax). I asked whether they could give me a full refund for the 3 days that hadn't passed yet ($60)—the garage's usual cancellation policy is free cancellation before your reservation begins. She got back on the other line and negotiated for me and when she came back about 5-10 minutes later, she offered me a refund of $60, plus a credit of $20 for the previous day. She was so nice and really went above and beyond and it made my day better! (And softened the blow of my hefty mechanic bill.) Will definitely be using their services again.
ParkWhiz is Horrible
I had reserved and paid for a spot in a parking structure but was not allowed in, being told it was full. They refused my request for a refund, and then they challenged my credit card dispute. They lied in their response to the credit card company.
Save yourself the grief
I purchased a ticket for a concert, and then a few days later asked for a refund due to just getting a hotel room close to the venue. The parking ticket was way overpriced once it was all said and done. I received an E-mail that I'd receive a refund within 3-5 business days. Well, that never happened. I contacted the company who told me to contact my bank about the refund policies. Yeah, no refund was ever sent to my bank.
