Absolute fraudsters
Absolute fraudsters
Those companies should not exist and should be investigated for trying to extort money from people who are legally parked

Damaged my car and refused to deal with it the my insurance company has dealt with it hopefully they take them to court and deal with it, states didn’t have a blue badge right under where the placed the “invoice” was a blue badge perhaps they should’ve gone to specsavers and as normal the appeal got rejected by them even though they own picture shows it
Falsely accused
I would really have liked to award no stars but this is not an option offered.
This company demanded a penalty payment and falsely accused me of parking in one of the areas they watch, when I had absolutely and correctly paid the fee with the payment recorded on my bank statement.
A curt letter, without apology or explanation, has since cancelled this charge.
I will seek to avoid parking anywhere where this company is involved in the future.

If I could rate this company at no stars I would!!
Total crooks…..
Shopped at Aldi Pershore followed all instructions and got a fine…..
Appealed it and it was dismissed by Parking Eye - was advised at had 14 days to pay £40 or it would increase to £70….
Paid as no other option mentioned however appealed again via POPLA who I was advised is Parking Eyes appeals ombudsman firm only to be advised by POPLA because I’ve paid the fine I can now longer appeal…..
Disgusting!
I’ve written to Aldi head office as it’s absolutely disgraceful customers are being fined like this and quite honestly like all other individuals are stating on here - it’s a money making scheme with little hope in having fines dropped or appealed…..
They must be earning a fortune……
Unfair enforcement and misleading system – members penalised for using facilities
I’m a paying Surrey Sports Park member entitled to 5 hours free parking, yet ParkingEye issued me multiple £80 charges for visits of only 1 hour 40 minutes while attending my children’s lessons.
Everyone gets 90 minutes free, and I was only 10 minutes over that, but still well within my member entitlement.
The issue? I hadn’t registered for AutoPay.
Even though I had a valid and active permit, they treated me as unauthorised purely because I hadn’t provided bank details.
So effectively, “free parking” is only available if you hand over financial data — otherwise you get fined.
This is disproportionate, misleading and driven by system technicalities, not actual parking behaviour
Even worse, Surrey Sports Park / University of Surrey refuse to intervene, despite this affecting their own members.
Very poor experience. I would strongly question why the University partners with a company operating like this and has only 1-star reviews from 4k people on trust pilot.
Biggest rip of going
I would give no stars if I could,
Parked at James Cook in one of my work vans with very similar registration numbers, I inputted the reg from my other van with 2 different digits, my mistake I know but I paid £3.60 for 1 hour and 5 minutes, sent them a photo of the receipt but it got rejected, absolute scam, James Cook should bow the heads in shame letting these look after the parking
It's pretty obvious that parking eye is…
It's pretty obvious that parking eye is taking advantage of many people who are genuine, and they know it. I too have been refused my appeal even though the machine wasn't even on and the app said we didn't need to pay for the time we were there. The carpark wasn't even finished working on . They love to scam people and don't care that they do either.
Recieved a for parking 4 weeks after…
Recieved a for parking 4 weeks after the event. I no longer had the parking ticket as the car had been valeted in that time. The evidence of payment should however be on their system as the reg was entered onto their machine. The machine would not accept card payments and I had to use cash, so no evidence of my own. The issue date of the letter was 10 days before receipt so almost timed out on the 'grace period'. Due to other family pressures I simply didn't have time to an appeal. Rip off company who don't even provide adequate information in the notice. Notice stated I had either not purchase a ticket or had over stayed, so which was it. Neither as I paid for a full day is the truthful answer,
Con artists.
Con artists.
We scanned my wife's blue badge at James Cook Hospital. According to the sign by the machine we did not have to scan again for a year. PCN issued for next 2 visits. Both appeals regected due to "insufficient evidence" the second appeal even had a photo of the screen showing we had scanned the card and didn't need to pay!
The matter is being taken up by the hospital along with a huge backlog of other victims.
Fraud on an industrial scale.
Be aware of this firm
Be aware of this firm , i went to costa cafe llantrisant , and purchased a coffee and food inside restraunt within the premises , parking eye charged me for the car being parked outside the costa cafe staff did not mention a car booking procedure i was tired and wanted a coffee , most expensive coffee i have purchased , i will not buy a coffee from this store ever again , poor sign posts stating how long you can stay and no lighting around area , you dont think that you would need to book a car in for a coffee , just a note i appealed but they use an independent company who they pay commision to POPLA as its a scam entrapment ,
As i say will not use costa cafe again as they take no resposability for allowing parkingeye to practise on the grounds
Images of my car parked you could not even see the make model of my car thats how bad they are
It was pitch black raining and i had a recipt of goods purchased within the restraunt also submitted i basically want to appeal and take me to the court of law with that evidence parking eye and POPLA agreed on as its 100 percent entrapment ,
I have placed reviews and complaints over this issue
Costa cafe lost my custom and respect
Avoid
I received a notification to say I hadn't paid to park at Harrogate Hospital - and I proved I did. Then they said I hadn't paid enough (as it took me over 10 mins to get my mum into the car and drive off (due to disabilities) Now they want me to pay them £100 or will take me to court.
absolute scumbags
absolute scumbags, at the surrey sports parking they require an autopay app to be linked to get your free time, even if you dont go over the alloted permit time, they fine you, cant believe this was chosen for a predominantly student car park where its so easy to get caught out and have to pay huge sums of money.
If I could give less I would
If I could give less I would. Discriminating people with disabilities and changed from 2 hour parking to 1 hour at a supermarket. After years of shopping there I never look at the signs.
Appealed and lost and they held out so had extra charges applied
Parking ticket for Disabled Passenger
I used the parking at Home Bargains in Stanley. I took a disabled passenger, with a blue badge.
They use Parking Eye to manage their carpark, so no one is responsible in the store.
As they had limited mobility, and wanted stuff from Home Bargains and elsewhere, we did the shopping. But we were 23 minutes late leaving the car park. Therefore, we got a parking charge.
Parking Eye didn't take into account the difficulties someone may have in exiting and entering a vehicle, so even after I appealed, no joy.
ParkingEye have no consideration for any customers, they take a view that any overstay is charged no matter what.
Hopefully, their customers will see all these reviews and maybe think hard how their parking operator reflects on their businesses - I know I won't be going back to this store in future!
Scandalous company paid for parking…
Scandalous company paid for parking with a card at one of there awful machines it printed me out a receipt.
2 weeks later got a parking fine through the door only after checking the receipt it said in tiny writing at the bottom void could just about see it plus it was a December night why print a receipt and say complete on the screen I will never use a car park that is run by these scammers
These vultures
These vultures are trying to take us to court for parking in a blue badge area with my blue badge when my mother in law had just had a stroke and the doctors were deciding if she was going in for brain surgery, in my highly emotional state (I found her on the floor) i parked and ran into a&e.
Scumbags absolutely disgusting!
Staff at SWAH Hospital in Fermanagh…
Staff at SWAH Hospital in Fermanagh where parking eye has been introduced. My car is being targeted by parking warden and cars nearby are not being ticketed. My car parked in a safe area out of the way, not obstructing anything and not on any lines, another car parked on double yellow lines ignored. Not the first time this has happened. I have evidence of other cars being ignored but they cannot be contacted. Ill wait for a court date.
I am writing to raise a formal…
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the parking system at Churchill Hospital.
My vehicle is registered for free parking due to my long-term health issues. However, the Evology parking app repeatedly prevents me from parking for longer than 30 minutes, despite my entitlement to remain longer without penalty.
This issue usually occurs around 9pm, when the car park is practically empty. The app will not allow me to extend the parking session or make any payment for a longer stay, even if I attempt to do so. As a result, your system automatically issues me with a £60 parking fine, which I then have to waste time and energy appealing.
This is unacceptable. Your technology is effectively blocking me from complying with the parking rules and is causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience, particularly given my health circumstances.
I am requesting that:
The current £60 fine is refunded/cancelled immediately.
The issue with the Evology app is investigated and resolved urgently.
Someone contacts me directly to explain how this problem will be prevented from happening again.
I should not be repeatedly penalised because your parking system is faulty and does not recognise or accommodate my registered entitlement.
I look forward to your prompt response.
Crazy and horrid company
Crazy and horrid company, with zero understanding.
How on earth are these lot not being investigated!
