Having used Parkers Reading for over 5 years, I have only had good experiences of them. Sophie is professional, friendly and quick to respond. It is great to have continuity in service, it makes such a difference.

Our experience of dealing with Tracy Why has always been an extremely positive one. Over the many years that she has looked after our property, she has been unfailingly courteous, helpful and competent. Her grasp of any problems, her attention to detail and her prompt response to emails have made the management of our property much easier. We can always rely on her to get reliable quotes, fix issues and get back to us quickly. She is an absolute gem!

I have been very pleased with the service provided by the Parkers team managing my rental property in the UK. They have been professional, helpful and responsive whenever an issue has arisen.

The staff I dealt with, Callum, was friendly and professional. He provided me with all the initial information so I could make informed decisions about renting my property. I also met other team members, Kurt and Sam, who were also quick to answer questions and provided the help I required.

We had such a great experience with Parker’s reading, From the offer being accepted on our house. I want to do a big shout out to Beth and Damien Glowaki , as they done amazing, making sure we were kept in the loop all the way to moving. They calmed our nerves, and kept us staying positive, which was amazing. I would definitely recommend them, to anyone buying or selling a house 🏠

Don't rent through Parkers. Such a disgraceful company. I rent a property for 8 years and the landlord used Parkers to find tenants but wanted to manage the house on his own because he didn't want to pay the management fee. After we ended the contract, he used parkers again. Parkers sent someone taking photos when I was packing so the house wasn't tidy and used to take all my deposit. I should have refused them to take photos because they had no rights but I didn't know better back then. They will help landlords to screw you. Those 5 stars reviews from landlords say it all. I have stopped friends selling their houses with Parkers although rent and sell are difference departments but the company is despicable.

Parkers in Reading have managed my property since 2003 and I can highly recommend them. In particular Kira Kinnison, who is the Property Manager, has arranged maintenance when required and rent reviews in a professional and diligent manner which gives me confidence that my interests are being properly looked after.

If you are thinking of renting your property...choose no other than Parkers...they have just organised a complete decoration for my property in my absence and I am really pleased how it now looks prior to my next tenants arrival.

Parkers have managed our rental property in excess of 10 years. The whole team have always been friendly and very professional. They always provide fair and helpful guidance making the rental side a much smoother process.

So far my experience has been great. Had been on the market and then came off. Parkers premium took the time to pop a letter through my door for an off market opportunity and although that one did not progress, I decide to put the house back on the market with them and have been impressed by the professionalism of Alex.

Parker’s help us find new tenants for our rental properties. They are always efficient and professional. They are easy to contact and communicate with, which is so important.

I had a very positive experience with Parkers throughout my tenancy. Communication was good, any issues were dealt with promptly and professionally, and the whole process of moving in and out (dealing with Leah Kandohla) was straightforward. Overall, I found them all helpful, reliable and easy to deal with. I would happily recommend their services to other tenants.

My experience with Parkers was extremely disappointing. The agency appeared to rely entirely on an automated referencing outcome without meaningful manual assessment. Despite providing evidence of substantial personal and business funds, I was told I 'failed referencing' and 50 percent of my holding deposit was retained. When requested, I did not receive a clear explanation of the legal basis for retaining part of my deposit. I also had concerns about the transparency of the application process. I would encourage prospective tenants (especially company let tenants) to request written details of referencing criteria and holding deposit conditions before paying one with this agency.

Whenever I need advice and help with regards to the rental market, Parkers (especially Callum) are able to provide me with expert up to date knowledge, quickly and precisely; what more could you ask?

The experience I had with Parkers was very professional and everything went smoothly from me viewing the property by Callum Rumble who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the flat. Getting the offer, to processing all of the checks through Homelet. Sam Ruchpaul was also helpful about the deposit process too. Ruby Mcgrath was helpful in making sure everything was set up and answered any questions I had. All was completed so quickly and efficiently. Great customer service overall.
