Very bad 'service'

I have dealt with Parkasite on previous occasions over the years and have bought 2 Vinland jackets and a down vest. The quality is without question, however Bianka Wotke is extremely difficult to deal with. I wanted to have a blanket made and we got to the stage of what size and how much fill I could have for the price quoted. I had a few more questions, such as colour availability and import taxes, but I never heard from her again. Seems like the business is not important even when one is a previous customer. Needless to say I won't be going back as there are other ( more polite and friendly) companies out there who seem keen on having your custom, unlike Paraksite.

The clothes are excellent

The clothes are excellent. The best in the business. They take a long time to arrive but they are worth it. Other sites make down clothing more quickly but they are not as good as Parkasite.
