HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This was supposed to be a pleasant dinner cruise on the Seine in Paris with a group of friends, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The only enjoyable part was the view from the river, everything else was awful. There was a big delay just to board the boat. Service was chaotic: drinks didn’t arrive, and when they did, they came without glasses. The waiter even said people normally drink from the bottle. Bread was thrown on the table without plates or napkins. My glass was dirty with someone else’s lipstick. The main dish had chili but no warning, and hot water spilled on my friend’s lap when the waiter opened the pot. She ordered a Coca-Cola that was completely flat and asked for a new one, and again it came with no gas. One waiter even bumped into me and didn’t apologize.
Simply put, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. The river view was lovely, but the service was terrible from start to finish. I would NEEEEEEEEVER recommend this dinner

Bad Service no contact means

We booked the cruise dinner experience a few hours before the cruise and then realized our flight had been delayed, I attempted to ring several of their contact numbers to reschedule a later time but I could not get a direct line and their message service was not operational. I also tried to use their email address and messages just bounced back. After eventuality making contact with them a few days later their only response was ;

"postponement and refunds are not possible within 24 hours of the cruise. Even if you had succeeded in contacting us, the answer would have been the same, as refunds are not possible within 24 hours of the cruise.Best regards, Mélodie,Booking Agent"

I found the whole booking experience utterly frustrating having spent hours ringing and emailing and trying to find alternative contact details. I understand they have certain policy guidelines, but surely with the absence of any means of contacting them their is serious failings on their behalf on the level of their own customer service 'policy' .

Dissapointing experience

Dissapointing experience. Noisy, loud music and a long wait before the boat left without anything, no drinks. All the focus was on getting as much people take their pictures for money. Long wait for the food. It arrived over half of the cruise. Then suddenly there was almost no time to eat. When we went out to take a picture of the Eifeltower they took away our food! My daughter had hardly eaten. Also a very rude waiter, totally stressed out. I cant believe we left that boat being hungry. About the tour itself: the glass inside is very reflective so most of the time you are looking at your own reflection instead of the sights. O and someone birthday was celebrated by blasting Stevie Wonder through the speakers. The whole very long song. Its just all was kind of vulgar. The only thing that saved the experience was a very sweet waitress that tried very hard to save the evening, and she did, apologizing for the bad moments. About the food: It was okay. The salmon was good, the duck was ok, the starter was a very small and basic couscous terrine. The dessert was good but nothing fancy. Lousy wine: big headache in the morning. I would say: Book a cruise somewhere else!

Dissatisfied

I had high expectations when buying this dinner cruise. However my expectations completely changed after our first encounter with a waitress. She was not only cold as many other waitresses in France are, but she was rude. I also expected to sit with my friends, but there is no shared tables. Guests are sat in an individual sofa that has a mini platform to place the food. I was also fed up with the annoying photographers. They kept insisting we take pictures and after they did they kept bugging us to buy a picture for 15+ euros. Its ridiculous. We just wanted to enjoy the cruise along with our dinner. I would recommend booking a dinner cruise elsewhere.
