Broken parfum, refused refund
Ordered a parfum.
Parfum delivered was broken, they refused to refund me and they only wanted to send me a gift card. Which is unacceptable. Funny is they said "gift card attached to this email", there was not even an attachment to that email.
Luckily I paid trough VISA, I am now going trough the process of getting my money back trough my credit card.
