I placed an order on 11 February and paid extra for Express Post, which promised delivery within 1–2 business days. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via WhatsApp and email, I received no response whatsoever. The delivery is now scheduled for 17 February, completely missing the purpose—it was meant as a Valentine’s Day gift.
I clearly informed them that the recipient would leave the country on 16 February, yet they did nothing to ensure timely delivery. Paying extra for express service and receiving no support has caused me serious frustration and inconvenience. This is unacceptable customer service, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.
