Collection hasnt shown up, paid huge amount of money for 6 boxes and parcel hero wint reply to emails . Upset as this seems like a scam

organised an international pick up and delivery and it was not picked up by the courier on the day it was supposed to be. the parcel hero customer support was abysmal, AI was terrible and was unable to patch me through to a human even though I agreed to a bunch of cookies and gave them my email address.

Had to contact FedEx to finally get it sorted and to my door on time. I would say if you organised a pick up through Fedex call them to double check pickup and delivery times. I would use parcel hero again as it is very cheap but not for a parcel under any remotely tight deadline, it simply will not arrive in time.

My bespoke furniture parcel was delivered completely smashed up! I’ve had to refund the buyer and now I’m out of pocket, unacceptable

Parcel picked up from my home, so i didn,t have
to carry it anywhere. And delivered to the destination.

Driver arrived promptly and was very helpful and polite, I will use your company again should the need arise in the future

Very Easy to book a parcel service and actually cheaper and more accessible than the local post office. Regular updates received and parcel arrived within a week. Loved it

ISSUE Still pending - Parcel not collected despite many other parcels being collected at the same time, Labels not Sent - tickets raised - ZERO Contact from Parcel hero, chat Useless and nobody replies it is all AI. need i go on!!!!!!!

On time and parcel undamaged. Decent pricing compared to others too. The only thing that could be improved is the info on the tracking as it on shows arrived at facility but not which city or even country. Otherwise excellent service 👍🏼
