I made a booking in 21 January and…
I made a booking in 21 January and accidentally paid for it twice. I have asked many times for one of them to be cancelled and the other to be collected. Neither has happened and its 6th March.
I have sent many emails and messages through their website and had zero responses. There is no telephone number to call. I have used them many times before and haven't had this experience..... are they still operating???

I'm always skeptical about third-party shipping services, but ParcelABC won me over completely. Not only did their automated shipping label service save me the trouble of going to the post office, but the speed of the delivery was also incredible.
