Andreia is amazing!!!
After feeling a little uneasy booking on an online company I looked up, as didn’t have much luck in a travel agent, I was in touch with Andreia from Paramount Cruise, this lady went above and beyond to help book and organise flights for our holiday. As we are from Australia and had no idea to be honest where to start, this lady was fantastic! The process then was so smooth….. thank you Andreia. I havent Given 5 stars as my trip is not until june 2027 so cant comment on that service .
Tina was very helpful with booking my trip , i asked many questions and she came back straight away . The day it was booked i had the airline booking through and also the cruise ship booking details through and welcome email from them also.

I had a good experience with Paramount. My booking took a while due to technicalities on my end and the advisor Andreia was very patient, professional and understanding. She went out her way to make sure I receive the best customer service and for that I'm very grateful.

Booked through paramount
Booked through paramount. Purchased Premium Drinks Package for Cruise. However, started being charged for drinks, when queried with MSC they couldn’t change as we had no confirmation of Drinks Package, despite asking Paramount multiple time before trip. They have rep on board, but you’ll struggle to find them anywhere. Zero Contact details. This was my mums dream holiday that was pretty much ruined through having to try to sort this. Would not recommend Paramount as they don’t do anything to resolve issues.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the stress this caused at the start of what should have been a special trip, particularly given how much this holiday meant to you and your mum.
The Premium Extra drinks package was included in your F1 booking, and as soon as you let us know it wasn't showing on your onboard account, we acted immediately to get it resolved.
As soon as you messaged us at 1:21am, your agent Andreia picked up the case first thing that morning, contacted MSC directly, and asked you to purchase the package onboard so your holiday wasn't disrupted further. Within hours, our accounts team processed a full refund of the $570.28 you had paid out of pocket, and we have formally raised this with MSC to prevent it happening again. Andreia has also stayed in touch throughout your trip and since your return home.
We absolutely accept that no guest should have to spend any of their holiday at guest services, and we're very sorry that happened to you. We're glad we were able to get you reimbursed before the cruise was over.
In the unlikely event you need anything further, please don't hesitate to reach out to Andreia directly, we'd genuinely welcome the chance to speak with you.
