I discovered Paperstory last week while hunting for reasonably priced PanPastels. They had a great range and the postage wasn't prohibitive like so many other art stores are so ordered from them. I made my order on the Friday afternoon expecting to receive it on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week if I was lucky.
I was absolutely astonished for it to be delivered, beautifully packaged on the Sunday!

I recently discovered the wonderful treasure trove that is Paperstory. They have a fantastic range of art supplies across all mediums. I was really impressed by the variety & pricing of their products.
My order arrived in great time & was carefully packaged with a personal touch that I very much appreciated. One of the items I ordered was out of stock, so I received a substitute of equal quality. Paperstory offer incredible value for money & friendly customer service; I'll definitely be buying from them again! :)

I have been ordering from this wonderful shop, online, since I started my art journey. I can highly recommend. The customer service is fabulous and all the products I have purchased have been great quality and at the right price! Always delivered quickly and if for any reason it can’t be (i.e. awaiting stock, the next day) they communicate! Such lovely people.
I wish I lived closer and it looks a fabulous place to visit.
If only there were more shops like paperstory!

I have been using Paperstory art shop since they opened. Ordering online is so easy and usually despatched the next day. My pastel pencils and pans are boxed carefully then reboxed to protect them. Not like some others who send them through the post in just a bag so they break
The owners are very informative in all aspects of crafting so if you are in Norfolk well worth a visit. The range they stock is incredible

A brilliant shop, has a wide variety of excellent supplies for artwork. Having recently completed an art class there for needle felting, i learnt lots and got to bring home my creation. Such lovely owners and I highly recommend

A great company. Ordered some items online, put in the notes section that I'd appreciate if it was posted asap. Items were posted the very next day! Amazing prices too. Packaging was secure and considerate. The paper that I ordered was wrapped inside the package to minimise any damage or it getting wet which I really appreciated.

I am so glad that I discovered this amazing little shop.
It is located in a faux Victorian Street in Bawdeswell, between Norwich and Derham in Norfolk. When I walked through the door for the first time, I felt like a kid at the pick and mix counter on pocket-money day! The store is packed almost floor to ceiling with most premium brand art supplies in open stock and sets. If that wasn't enough, I was speechless to discover that everything was priced lower than most other art shops in UK and online. If you can't make it to the store, everything is available to buy online if you live in UK. The shop is located inside a garden centre, with lots of other shops, a couple of cafes and an outdoor adventure play area for the kids...make a day of it! 😂

Paperstory has long been my go-to place for art supplies, and that won't be changing any time soon! Angela and Chris are so helpful, and their customer service is the very best, bar none. The products are fantastic quality, and always the best price possible. I can't recommend Paperstory highly enough. Almost every piece of art I create has something from Paperstory included in it.
