A great job from the team on the job…

A great job from the team on the job done. Second time I've used thier services. The problem is with reception/admin. Very poor understanding of how to interact with customers. Making you feel like you are an inconvenience. Even giving attitude to perfectly normal enquiries. They have certainly lost a lot of business because of the way reception treats people . I've been told to avoid them but still went back for thier high quality work. A shame though. If they fixed the reception problem they would do much better.
