Buyer Beware
The product was well priced but I had to pay for shipping, which was okay because the price for the product was a bit lower than I normally pay. Then it never showed up. I tried to contact customer service at least four times and they never answered or called me back. They did email but it was just to say sorry nothing we can do. It was my first order and I spent more time tracking down the product and calling them and the post office to try and figure out what happened. I didn’t select the shipping company they did and they did absolutely nothing to help me. They had an opportunity to make a customer for life by doing something to assist and they chose to put everything on me. I wouldn’t order from them again.

We don't insure packages unless requeseted. In this case you can file a claim with your local Postal Service. We also offered to help out with a steep discount on a replacment order. The Summer Heat and shipment
The prices were great, the shipping was a little on the slow side and the product had leaked out of the bottles during shipping. However I would still try them again when the summer heat dissipates a little more.
