I will never order via Pandora website denmark. They stated that they will deliver by Gls but ended up sending by ups. I got text from ups i thought it was scam because i was expecting msg by Gls, i paid 49kr for home delivery but they delivered in shop. Very poor service, what is the use of paying home delivery fee if i have to pick from shop. My experience is 1/10 or less.

Worst customer service ever. No one willing to help no matter which store you go to. Want to fix something I bought for my daughter (I’m not even asking for my money back) and no one and I mean no one is willing to help. This brand is expensive so do not waste your money. Make sure you read fine prints. I got an automated reply email telling me that they’re going to contact me within 24 to 48 hours. It’s been three, almost four days and still waiting to hear from them. They can keep their overpriced products, I’ll keep my money

Pandora store, gränby, uppsala, sweden. Very arrogant, unfriendly and unhelpful. Bought jewelry for my wife and as she didnt like it she was met with the worst service when trying to return it and was denied any reimbursement. Wouldnt recommend anyone to go there.

My wife and I, made a recent visit to the Pandora Store in the Rouse Hill Town Centre, NSW to buy a gift.
The service was terrible. We waited in line to get into the store (due to the Covid restrictions!)....and that's where it started to go downhill....
We were ushered in after a wait for approx. 20 mins...but not before noticing 'others (not in the q)' being allowed in and being served....
Once 'ushered' in no one bothered to attend to us...the girls at the service counter studiously avoided our gaze, whilst servicing other customers who walked in before and after us...
The manager of the store carried on a conversation with a co-worker, whilst we were standing right in front of her....
I'm not certain if it was the color of my skin, given we were the only darker complexioned amongst all those...but it certainly gave the impression we were being deliberately ignored...
Terrible and shameful, in this day and age, and does nothing to enhance the 'brand name'.

Ordered a voucher as a gift. First got an email to check my address. No problem with is but it then took weeks to dispatch my voucher which arrived too late for my secret Santa gift and I had to but an alternative. Was about to cancel the order when they sent the voucher which is now of no use to me
