The online support to setup the account to how to link the accounts . Very Helpful support team . I was helped by Frankie as I'm very new to Pandle system .
I would recommend Pandle for the accounting software to manage your account needs.

Pandle is a great bookkeeping app, but if like me accountancy leaves you cold, then it's not the most intuitive... even with the tutorials.
I also found the AI 'Luca' a little irritating!
However, the support team are always responsive and today Sara was too, very helpful. Thank you.

Dan supported me with sorting out the upload of the CSV file. He took the time to understand the problem, created a new custom upload template, adjusted the CSV file and then uploaded it.

Just started using Pandle as recommended by my accountant. I felt pretty useless trying to work it out myself with the tutorials. Had a 30 minute call with Ben Salisbury who made it very easy to understand and use. I am now whizzing through and hope it continues to be easy! Thanks Ben

We are using the free tier for our company and it is proving very useful. Once |I figured out how to enter the data such that the category is completed in the spreadsheet before we import. The reconciling of transactions is a breeze. Although it is important to check the intelligent system has not reassigned the category. Reports are a great feature, and it does everything we need.

My accountancy firm has given me access to Pandle and they would like me to use this software for my accounts. I am happy to do this if it actually worked. It will not pull my accounts from my bank through past June 2023. Repeatedly contacted the help desk and nothing has changed. Would really like to us this software but currently it’s absolute useless to me. Despite repeatedly asking for help and joining changing felt I had to leave this review as it appears Pandle don’t really mind if they are giving you a product that doesn’t work and never changing it.

Software is ok. Support is responsive and sorted out my issue with using Stripe.

Gave Stripe a go but don't like it as it was messing with my entries - probably down to me?

Intuitive GUI and top-notch support. I spoke with Arron this morning, who picked up my inquiry within 60 seconds and is now investigating a new feature for me. After a bad experience with Bookio, Pandle was a real relief. I have even moved 1 of my other companies from Sage to Pandle.

Pandle is so easy to use and incredible value! But more important in the fantastic customer service in the vent you have any queries. (thank you Ben Salisbury for sorting my recent query!)

A rather disappointing experience with Pandle. The bank account details I had entered did not appear on the invoice, nor did my email text. When I contacted help I received an autoreply that I first needed to take out a paid subscription to receive help - however I would prefer to try out Pandle before committing to a subscription.

I signed up to this the other day to move a small business from Sage. It has been relatively straightforward but any questions I have had been answered quickly by a superb support team. Benjamin has been really helpful.

Ben has been an invaluable resource, providing me with crucial information precisely when I needed it. Additionally, he assisted me in categorizing my transactions efficiently. The entire Pandle team is absolutely brilliant!

Easy to use. I think it will be enough for a small business. I advise it for small business.

All issues I've had are always resolved very quickly!
I had a major problem with custom csv files uploading, after Revolut banking would not pull through from the bank feed. Ben sorted it so quickly for me after going through my issues in the online chat. Any time I have a problem, the team at Pandle always sort it ASAP! They're very responsive, unlike most companies nowadays.

I recently signed up to Pandle. I have very little knowledge of the software as I am a first time user. Jordan was amazing and got back to me within minutes with answers to my queries. Excellent customer service.
