I ordered and paid for a smartphone on the 18th July after the site confirmed it was in stock. After 2 weeks and the phone was not marked as shipped I continued to contact Pandawill Via their ticketing system, I was told that it was no longer in stock and to be patient. It was finally shipped on the 5th of August. I had paid the insurance to cover the Vat when it arrived in Europe. I have been chasing them up for over a week to the email address I was provided by Pandawill and I have yet to get a response. Now I feel completely cheated as I not only paid Vat and Duty when picking up the phone but also the FAKE insurance to Pandawill.

I bought a Smartphone from Pandawill and was very pleased with it on receipt. However, after 3 months of light use it suddenly died when halfway through charging. Nothing I did could revive it. Pandawill refused any refund and insisted that I return to them for repair (I tried locally but was told it could not be repaired). I returned to Pandawill by recorded delivery and they confirmed receipt but said phone had been damaged (it was in mint condition). The said it would take several weeks to repair. After 1 month I asked when it would be returned but got no response. Since then they have ignored all emails and online queries. It's over six months now so I know I won't get my phone back. Since then I've read numerous reviews from others that have had the same experience. TLDR: don't expect that goods from Pandawill will be reliable and don't return faulty goods as they won't be returned to you and you won't receive any refund. Buy from AliExpress or Bangood where you have some form of protection.

first I placed an order,(order no 100837390) after a week I send a message from chat and ask the estimated shipping date. They said it is not allowed to send PHONEs to Turkey.

However I bought an action camera :)

whatever, order cancelled, balance refunded. approximately 5$ less( may be due to exchange rate volatitlity)

My phone died after 3 months and Pandawill insisted on my returning it to them for repair. I sent it by recorded delivery and they denied receipt for 3 weeks after it arrived. They then told me it would take several weeks to repair. Four months later I have not heard from them and they have ignored all emails. I see from other reviews that I am not alone. Do not return goods to Pandawill - they will keep then and will not repair or refund.

Update - Pandawill lied in their response to this review when they requested that I get in touch with them. As previously they completely ignored all attempts to contact them - totally untrustworthy company.

I ordered my blackview zeta 16 and at first i was scared that they just won't send it. so i chatted and they responded in a minute. your package will be en route monday.

i placed a order on 28May, ordering a Jiayu S3 smartphone with a screenprotector and a case. First i asked if it was in stock because i could not find this info on the website. After a quick response, i placed the order and on 4june DHL Express was here with my packet.

Absolute disgrace to online Chinese stores! Not only do they sell fake broken products but the way they treat there fans is horrendous! There fan page is filled with fake profiles and cheaters. They organize fake contests and award the fake profile. It's so obvious, but if anyone tries to prove it they simply get banned! Pathetic to say the least. Complained to there online store and they said nothing suspicious about the contest and closed the ticket. When complaining about there fake products they are always willing to refund a $3 coupon for a $220 product OR tell us to ship it back at our own cost for there mistake!! ABSOLUTE WORST CHINESE STORE FOR BRANDED PRODUCTS!!

Sells Fake Xiaomi products! Unfortunately i was in the receiving end of a fake Xiaomi piston headset! This was my second time i was betrayed. The first time was when i received a phone with a broken display.
I joined this site due to there recent facebook contest! It was rigged and the winner was a fake account with fake shares, probably owned by pandawill itself. Cuz so many proofs were dished out, but the admin did not do anything to justlfy. Instead he banned and removed all those posts.
Save your money from these SCAMMER and buy from other Chinese sites instead! Especially Xiaomi products!

I have ordered an Star S6 from the Pandawill, but after few month the top of the screen being unresponsive sometimes. Some month later the touch panel gone crazy, so I would like to send it back to repair it. When I ask it, they told me that the phone is not produced anymore, try repair at the local store and they will cover the repair costs, but firstly ask offer from the service. When I get the offer, they refuse it and offered me a 15$ coupon, because "you have used it for such a long time". They offered me 15$ compensate (coupon, so I have to buy from their site) for 120$ phone! What the hell? Pandawill is a petty liar!! There is no one year warranty for their phones!
DO NOT BUY FROM PANDAWILL!!!

Some month ago I had a bad experience and now, again. The phone what I bought (before the bad exp...) also failed.
Warranty? No way! 12 usd coupon and nothing else...
This is the second 12 usd coupon offer from them. Now I decide to I will resolve the problem through legal means...

Lost all respect after there recent Facebook giveaway! They ended up announcing a fake profile as there ulefone winner. Many people explained with proof but the admin did not do much about it.
At first it was just there broken and refurbished products but now even there facebook contests are rigged. Pathetic to say the least!

Ordered a JIAYU S3 smartphone at pandawill.com.
Unfortunately because of an error my order was paid for by paypal but not registered in their system. After contacting Pandawill via their ticketsystem, they corrected this promptly and put in the order manually.

Still, after 1 day I started to doubt if i would have to wait longer now for my product and decided to cancel my order.
They refunded me via paypal the same day!

Too bad for the error during ordering but the service was very good!

This is the best website for china products. Even the guarantee works with no problem.

so its trustfully in every perspect.

Do not use this company because they are a bunch of scammers. Ordered a new phone for approx USD200 but took about a month of item to be sent. Multiple tickets with customer service and various excuses for why it was taking so long. Finally got my phone, opened the box, charged the phone and within 4 hours the screen stopped working. Returned the phone to China asking for replacement but they claimed that my phone warranty was void b/c I opened the phone. Bunch of lies. Think I'd be stupid enough to do that to void my warranty. They take you for a fool. Anyhow they requested USD165 to repair the motherboard. Stuff them. Never again. Beware!

Stay out of clearance items or bellow 100$ phones. They will break after very little use and panda will only give you 5$ for repairs. If it cannot be repaired you have to ship it back, pay for the shippment and pray to get your device back. Most of the times you will get the item back without any repair. Refund? Not an option. Bought a Cloudphone for 75$. After one week microphone failed. After 1 month touchpanel peeled off and stopped working. Very little use. It belonged to an old lady. Pandas response? Its a cheap phone, bad luck. Have to admit customer service was a lot better when they started. Had made a lot of purchases of them and did not have any problems but not anymore. The store has changed for worse.

This is a typical company with a good appearance, but what's behind is a bunch of scammers. I never received my product, and they keep telling me excuses until I couldn't get my money back anymore.

i bought a mobile phone 05.04.2014 from pandawill, everything was fine , shiping, price etc, but quality of their product is disappointment, it did not last more than 10 months, and their customer services gave me " 7% " discount for new order, shame on you pandawill, also they said that i overused my phone....unbeliveble..... never again....very very bad quality, DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR SITE. classic scamers

Iam sorry to say this , I have bought other items from pandawill. I bought this,CUBE TALK9X u65gt Tablet PC MTK8392 Octa Core 9.7" Android 4.4 Retina Screen 16G Silver. I never receved it , I was away when the Phone arived at our post office, after 10 Days they sent it back to Pandawill, Since the 13th of October 2014, And now they say They havent receved it, not good enough, What can i do, ? Darryl.

Always send me what i order in good shape. Yes takes a qhile bwcause it comes from china but for me worth it. Btw, to previous comment, onpy normal theu sell tdcma, its china network. Please investigate bwfore buying a 200$ phone onpime

I tried to buy a MEIZU M1 NOTE two weeks ago but the page seemed to be broken at the payment step, I waited for one day and since I did not see any charge in my bank account I supposed that I hadn't bought it (in the page was writen: OPS! SORRY...). I tried again the next day and i finally bought it (I received all the order emails, it was charged in my bank account, etc). Two weeks later I received and email saying that I had ordered a mobile phone (the one I thought was not ordered).

On top of that, I received yesterday the first phone and It does not work with european networks (neither 3g nor 4g: SCDMA instead of WCDMA).

Please I need that the second phone is returned and give the money back and the networks for the mobile which has arrived fixed.

I ordered a phone for 200 Euro's, paid custom insurance for 80 Euro's They didn't refund me at all. Then the phone didn't work. Their solution; get it fixed in a local store. No warranty, no service, nothing. They are a BUNCH of CROOKS! 280 Euro's gone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
