Panda Remit has done a lot of work on…

Panda Remit has done a lot of work on their customer service team. Now the service is very fast and professional I've used other APPs for a while but today I downloaded Panda Remit again and found they added many more functions. I'll keep using it.

I used this application and the app has…

I used this application and the app has a very clear way to pay but it doesn’t say at first to verify the account or add documents, I made the payment and then it said verify account, I added my documents and since then it says contact customer service on some WhatsApp number (which isn’t even in WhatsApp) now it just says contact customer service and nothing after that, my amount is already deducted. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. If this is fraud I’m not leaving this application, honestly it’s too much money we trust and this happens. I need this sorted ASAP or I’m taking this seriously.

To old to send money

I just tried to register with Panda Remit. I can't believe what they told me. I can't register because I'm over 70 years old. It seems 18 to 70 is there age limit. I guess I can't send money because I'm to old. I will have to think about what to do about this. Can't believe a company acts like this today. To old to send money still can't get my head around this.

I often open Panda Remit to check its new activities in Activity Center. The activity I love the most is invitation link because every time I invite a friend to become new user I can get a free coupon. Now I've invited 12 friends and earned points and coupons enough to let me remit for a year!

Avoid Panda Remit: A Disgraceful Service That Fails the Diaspora

Don’t be fooled by their claims of "best exchange rates" or "fast transfers." It’s a complete scam designed to trap your money. Once they have your funds, their "speed" vanishes, and you’re stuck in a nightmare of unprofessionalism.

Customer support is a total black hole—they never reply. Getting a refund is nearly impossible, even for simple errors. It is shameful that a product marketed to the Chinese diaspora is the most unreliable and dismissive of its own people. They leverage our trust just to deceive us.

Save your money and your sanity. Use a real international service that actually respects its customers. Panda Remit is a disgrace.

Poor customer experience with no response on any listed channels

I initiated a transfer more than 4 days back which got stuck with Contact Customer Service status. Since then, I have tried chat, whatsapp, email, everything but no response. Not sure if they even monitor these channels. Very bad experience. I am going to file an official complaint against them with local financial regulators now. This the last time I am using their service.
