I have bought a kit and out of nowhere they made me have 1 year membership. Costumer service absolutely crap despite explaining them the situation they would ignore me and ask me to pass on the membership to another child. "Weird"
I was completely ignored I clearly told them that I have not suscribed anything and will not authorized them to take my money. But still ignored.
The quality of the kit are mediocre and quite very boring too (my children comment 7, 10 and 12 years olds)... Would think twice before buying a kit with them (arnaque). Also Carrefour have better option and they don't try to steal you money!!
This was a very, very good idea. The products are quite interesting and kid happy with them.
Unfortunately, the Website is very hazardous and poorly designed. Its very easy to subscribe 2 times and the super-poor customer relation service is not helping : They keep the money whatever is the situation...
