I'm a vendor on Pamono, I was really excited to join, unfortunately that soon changed.
1. Zero communication, don't answer emails
2 The automatic product uploads very slow to non-existent
3 They change all your prices without any communication.
4. in our opinion, it's the worst marketplace for sellers
Pamono, surely a certainty
on Pamono I have done several purchases and most of the time the objects are arrived always as scheduled and compliance with the related quality conditions, and in accordance of description. when it happened the object was late in arriving, Pamono team has always supported with efficient communication, facilitating and helping the delivery. I think the Pamono is one of e-commerce channel with the widest products range.

Everything was quick and easy and I love the art piece that I bought, the description of it was 100 % accurate, if anything it is even more beautiful in real life! Will absolutely buy again and recommend.
Very good experience
The article we ordered arrived in the condition as expected from the description by Pamono. It was well packed and delivered by the time indicated at time of payment, with very detailed agreements on the exact delivery date and time by the driver. We are very satisfied with this beautiful Art Deco coat rack.
Painting never arrived with no convincing explation
I ordered a painting and after 4 weeks during which it did not arrive I contacted the company. I was informed that the painting was "lost" and I received a refund (the latest shipping status showed the painting had never left the site of origin). Looking at the other listings of the seller they were all sold apparently without incident. So I conclude that the seller received a higher price from another buyer and it went to them instead of to me. Buyer beware - on Pamono you have no visibility of the seller nor ability to rate them directly. I would avoid ordering from them in the future.

Ordered a product, and was sent a product from a completely different category. They made me run around to tell them everything about the delivery, but couldn't even find where they sent my order.
They they tried to make me run around to get their wrong item returned. What an absolute waste of time.
Edit: To the reply, if you are actually trying to resolve the matter, then why haven't you refunded me for your failure to deliver my order? I will be raising a claim through Paypal to get my money back.

I ordered a table beginning of May. It should be here within 3-4 weeks. Now it's the middle of July - still not here.
Yesterday they told me the table should be delivered Thursday. But there is only the driver - no helper to deliver the table as agreed (and payed) into the house. I should organise someone. What I did.
Today they canceled Thursday, because the table is still not in Austria. They are not organised and don't keep their promises. Not a serious company.
20.7.22: There is still NO date or any information when the table will be delivered!!! A lot of bla bla and excuses of Pamono. But no solution. The table should have been delivered this week. But nothing NOTHING is going on. Just Chaos. Chaos. Chaos!!! And no one is responding.

Non existing customer support
Have ordered once and worked well. Have tried to order two more times, but don’t get any response from customer support. They answer once, but any follow up questions are ignored. Would not dare to order, if something goes wrong.
