Top company

After trying four different companies including Vauxhall (who tell me they haven’t got a touch up paint for my grey corsa) paint nuts were the only people that actually produced the colour to match it.
Many Thanks.All the other companies told me that their paint would be the perfect match but to no avail.
I wasted money purchasing their product.

I spoke to this company, yes actually spoke to a human in a business which is so rare these days. Both ladies on the two occasions were brilliant. I needed some spray paint urgently. The first lady talked the paints so that I would order the correct one and when I rang back a different lady said to call her back with the order number and she would go to see the dispatch team to make sure it was sent the same day. Lo and behold I received the paint the very next day. What a fabulous experience.

July 06: Order placed and confirmed.
July 07: Order being processed.
July 16: More information requested on my paint.
July 16: Requested information provided and acknowledged.
July 18: Reminder to provide further paint details.
July 18: Information provided again. Receipt acknowledged.
July 20 1647: Confirmation of initial order received. Delivery July 09 - July 15.
July 20 1648: Order cancelled and full refund issued.
July 20 1649: Receipt of paint details acknowledged and order passed for processing.

Since then, despite my follow up - NOTHING, From my interactions with PaintNuts it would appear that the "Help" Team is issuing around 100 tickets per day! What is going on???

The touch up paints we ordered have been perfect and I will be ordering lots more.

Primer worked well but when it came to the paint after shaking for 3 minutes it kept blocking and no pressure so not very impressed

Touch up pen arrived within a week, pretty good considering it was for a new VW colour which the VW dealer was unable to supply.
Colour match is excellent but it really needs the clear laquer to do it justice.
The only reservation is that there is no agitator bal in the pen to aid agitation

Colour is totally to wrong! How they could say this is even remotely the correct colour is a joke! Contacted the company and said they would look into it. Now ignoring my emails! Do not waste your money.

Ordered a set that container filler, wet and dry sanding pack, primer, paint and lacquer. Website stated that they could match the paint colour from the registration. Order was delivered extremely quickly and all the products were excellent. This was the first time I have tried to do any sort of body work and I found it extremely easy thanks to the easy to follow instructions and the quality of all items. The car now looks as though it hasn’t had any damage at all. The colour match was perfect and I will 100% be using this company again should I need to do this sort of work again

Paint touch-up kit delivered within a week of ordering. Coulour match is spot on, despite BMW not producing a kit for my colour (C68 Fire Red).
Ultra fine point on all 3 sticks are so easy to use on the small chips on my car.

at first give them car reg... sent wrong colour.. sent e. mail kept getting got ticket .. ..no joy.. then rang spoke to very nice lady .. sorted it out ..sent thhe correct paint .. within 2 days ..so well done got there in the end ..so my advise ..ring..speak to very nice lady.. good luck..

Excellent service and product. Colour match was perfect, achieved simply by providing reg.no of car. Their website then confirms car's details and I simply had to choose what type of product I needed. In my case, I wanted a can of spray. The result is indistinguishable from the car's actual colour. Delivery via the Evri courier service was equally good - not ultra fast, but bearing in mind that the product isn't "off the shelf", that was no problem. I happily recommend Paintnuts and would definitely use them again for my current car or any future vehicle.

Order was acknowledged by once EVRI GOT IT A DISASTER. It’s been at their hub for over two weeks. Nothing! I have to follow up with Paintnuts! Got a ticket then nothing, wait a bit, nothing, asked for a refund, NOTHING.

TR25498. Sent completely wrong colour; ordered Golden Oak UPVC paint at a cost of £32.99 plus P&P and received some kind of bright orange. Used the companies complaints service and received no reply. Waste of time and waste of money!

I tried to cancel 15minutes after placing an order. Sent another email to request cancellation again this morning. Only response is to tell me there may be a delay. Ignore my emails but carry on and take payment. EVRI now letting me know they expect what I ordered. Seems like genuine cancellation is being ignored.

sent my reg plate, they sent me the wrong colour and it was damaged with leaked paint, I politely asked for a refund which I did not receive. Terrible customer service and an awful company.

Do not bother! Gave them my reg plate and the colour they sent was so far off it’s crazy, looks worse than the original scratches. Emailed three times to give them an opportunity to rectify and send a replacement and no one responded at any point
