Like some of the other reviews, I also experienced long shipping delays. However, customer service did stay in contact with me about the issues they were having. I did finally receive my shoes, and they were totally worth the wait. Plus, they sent me an extra gift to compensate for the logistical issues. To me, the extra effort they made to ensure my satisfaction was worth the five stars, as many companies simply don't care anymore.
They claim in the website that the delivery takes 1-5 business days. I have done my order 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I also sent already two emails and didn’t get any answer.

Sad to say: Not even worth one star. delivery process is really horrific!!! We recommend not to order there. they claim to deliver within 3-5 days. we are still waiting (4 weeks later)! european shipping (portugal to switzerland). customer service was not helpful and even inpolite (telling us it‘s our mistake). we will go for legal action…
The size doesn't fit because the size table on the website is not correct! Sending the package back cost me 40% of the purchase price. Not worth at all and be cautious before you buy!
No reply from support. The size doesn't fit. It's the usual size I wear and I got it to try it out. Normally, no big deal to return and get a different size but they don't reply to help with the actual return process. Shame.
