Convenience of no lease. Only problem I have is with the 400.00 fee for moving out before 3 months of staying there. A one week charge would have been fair.

I LOVE PADSPLIT! I have had so much trauma in my past from renting rooms from unreliable, sketchy landlords doing the worst to me that I met through FB, CList, ETC. BUT PADSPLIT HAS SAVED MY LIFE. I no longer have to worry about my safety or my belongings or improper mannerisms from scumbag landlords. I was raped, beat and kicked out by my last roommate I met on Facebook, then a friend told me about PadSplit. I was skeptical at first only because of how much bad experience’s I’ve had in the past, but after moving in, I realize PadSplit is the only way to go if you were going to rent a room. It’s a lifesaver and everything is perfect about it. I thought PadSplit was too good to be true at first but it’s real and it could save your life too. Like it did mine.

My host answered any questions I had immediately with no wait time. The house is beautiful and well accommodated!! My room is excellent and very spacious!! The bathroom the kitchen and the laundry room are very convenient to my room!!

PadSplit has been the best moving/renting experience I’ve ever had! I applied over a year ago and just this week rented a room, the whole time PadSplit was in communication with me and very helpful with all of my questions and getting my ESA approved was a breeze!
I am happy with my choice of city and room and I am very thankful to PadSplit for making this journey possible for me!

Everything that you have read from other post that is negative is true also they have a way for your roommates to rate you i have had my past roommates lie about me so I called the phone number to see what I can do about it and 1 person said I can dispute them and theni called another time and asked to have it disputed and this time the person said I can not git it disputed so pad split employees do not know what they can do 1 home had a guy that stunk up the room that made it smell like old beer so I moved into another place well the place the not show the house had stairs to go into house I have bad knees and bad back so it is hard for me to go up the stairs and if someone was in a wheelchair they would be homeless until they got another place and the people they call host they actually work for pad split and every host works for the owner of the place I will never recommend pad split to anyone so run way from pad split

They really don’t deserve a one star!!! Please go and look at these places before you rent the. They gave us a room number in the contract and got to the place it was change . The place look nothing like the picture they advertise the place was trash. Customer service was horrible. And I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
