I have no complaints about the racket itself, which arrived as described.

My issue is with the transparency of the pricing for UK customers.

The racket was advertised at £146.84 delivered. After ordering, I received a separate UPS invoice for £54.84 (£40.49 in import charges and £14.35 in UPS brokerage fees), increasing the actual cost to £201.68 – more than 37% above the advertised price.

Padel Nuestro’s response is that the information is available on the website and that there is a customs calculator before payment. However, there is a significant difference between information being available and it being obvious.

A customer should not have to search for a calculator, click additional links or understand shipping terms such as DAP in order to discover that the final cost may be substantially higher than the advertised price. If a purchase is likely to attract charges amounting to more than a third of the purchase price, that information should be impossible to miss.

What is particularly disappointing is that there are numerous similar reviews from UK customers describing exactly the same experience. This suggests that the issue is not an isolated misunderstanding. If so many customers are surprised by the additional charges, the disclosure process is clearly not working as intended.

Had the true landed cost been presented prominently alongside the product price, I could have made a fair comparison with UK retailers before purchasing.

The racket is good, but the buying experience was not. Based on this experience, I would not order from Padel Nuestro again.

I love the Padel Nuestro, ordering from them all my padel gear for more than a year of time. Especially good, they have nice prices, always some promos and in case your products brakes their exceptional support will help to resolve the case quickly.
My best recommendation, all my friends already know where to get their padel stuff.

I had an issue with a gift card not working on my account and it was resolved quickly and efficiently

Bought a racket for £142. On delivery, UPS charged me £50 in import VAT and handling fees that weren’t disclosed at checkout.

The actual cost of the racket was therefore £192, not £142.

UK buyers: factor in 30-35% on top of the listed price, or buy from a UK retailer.

The duties exist because of Brexit, but the lack of clear warning at checkout is on Padel Nuestro — competitors offer DDP (duties paid at checkout) so you know the real total. Won’t shop here again

Great experience. After an issue with my order, received quick response to my email from Valentina from PadelNuestro who suggested possibe soltions and quickly resolved the issue. Would recomend to a friend.

Best prices in eu, instant feedback and delivery super fast like, spain to greece in 5 working days. Super nice and respecfull people, always working to help and solve any issue if something comes up.

Delivery not coming into UK, would require manual custom duty payment for tariff. Ordered once in 2025 no such charge. Charging additional 50 pound for paper work and tariff. Unacceptable surcharge when paid at checkout.
