We’re on a mission to fix the broken coffee industry. Due to the traditional complex supply chain, many farmers live in poverty while others profit on the erratic commodity market.
We go straight to some of the world’s best coffee farmers and put out unnecessary middlemen. So we can give those that make the coffee a price that’s truly fair. In 2022, it was, on average, 76% above the Fairtrade base price.
We can avoid the commodity market because all of this coffee is speciality-grade (the very best). Once it’s in the UK, it’s roasted fresh in Surrey just before it’s delivered to you. Because nothing beats freshly roasted coffee.
How does it work? You can buy on a one-off basis from our online store or subscribe & save. Our subscriptions are as flexible as it gets – you can skip, cancel, pause or reschedule at the touch of a button online. And you can have coffee delivered as much as every two days to every two months.
Is it environmentally friendly? Our roastery is carbon-neutral, and we introduced fully recyclable packaging in 2023. We’re also a certified B Corp, which means we’re recognised as using business as a force for good. To read more, have a look at our transparency report.
Do I have to pay for delivery?Claim free delivery when you Subscribe & Save or spend £15. Other orders incur a £2.49 delivery fee.
Is there much choice? We expect to have around 200 coffees from eight different countries on our menu in 2023 – and we’re always looking to work with more farmers.

Great coffee. Tastes as described according to the tasting notes. Far superior to any whole bean ive ever purchased in the super market. I even emptied out the supermarket beans from the machine to accommodate the fresh Pact beans.

Quick delivery of the coffee which had been roasted the day before. The freshness in the taste really stands out - one downside is that I find myself going back for more....

The website has a huge collection of coffee and different caffeinated drinks. I didn't buy for myself but as a birthday present for someone. There was free delivery which was a bonus. A little leaflet and guide with how to brew nicely.
I personally haven't tasted their products but ordering online has went as smoothly as possible. And delivery was quick enough too!
The only criticism I could give would be, if the pouches were just a "little" cheaper.
Tldr: didn't taste myself. Delivery and prices seemed "fair" :)

Faulty machine — fair enough, it happens.
Unsympathetic attitude and unnecessary grief to get a return agreed — not at all acceptable. This level of customer service went out 40 years ago.

Quality, flavoursome beans at fair prices. Simple to dial up/down lead times.

Very nice coffee. The advent calendar was great to share with my wife and try lots of different coffees, seeing if our tastebuds agreed with the tasting notes.

One Brew coffee maker: was very satisfied with the purchase. The delivery time was quick and the price of the item was somewhat cheaper than other outlets.
Very recommended.

Your coffee is not drinkable, almost no crema, weak aroma and tasteless. I want a refund actually, I shouldn’t pay for something this bad!

One of the few places I found that do grind specifically for Moka pots (stove-top). The coffee is amazing and the website is easy to use. Full marks!

Unfortunately, Pact coffee house wasn't the best choice. Its still sour taste you can feel.
