Its been over a month since I did my order and nothing yet!! They were supposed to pick up a box from Seville at 2 of February and it would arrive at 7 of February. No one has gone to pick up my package yet and I try to talk to the costumer service but of course no response! I have already paid for the shipment so honestly I dont know! Absulutely the worse experience.

Scam - Charge of 179 EUR for a wrong weight claim
I sent a 22,5 kg box from Spain to Denmark. 2 Weeks after delivery, I received an email that the weight was not correct and it was 49 kg instead and they did an non-authorized payment of 179 EUR from my debit card. The box contained 20 L of olive oil which clearly do not weight 49 kg.
I submitted a claim to packlink and packlink took the carrier's side (Starpack) and did NOTHING.
It is a scam and I do not recommend anyone to use this company - stay away if you don't want them to robe you

Demanding money with menaces,
Keep getting demands for underpayment, they can't prove package was overweight or oversize (it wasn't, I have photographic evidence), this is contrary to English law. Finally agreed with me and waived charge in writing, still getting demands for it. Beware, if you must use this company, they will automatically set up a payment request in paypal, cancel it immediately or they'll just help themselves to your money.

Keep getting emails to say that I have underpaid something by £3.18. No information about what it was for or why. Need to improve communications and customer service. Email comes across as a scam. Is this actually from Packkink?

The worst of the worst! After one month and three days of receiving my package a customer care agent from packlink approached me to inform me that I need to pay extra, because the carrier they used to send my package measured the package and it exceeded 5 cm! Told them I did not agree as I packed according to measures I provided on the website, and they requested pictures of the package, measurements, and weight at home. So after one month I should pack it again, so I can send you pictures of the right measurements and weight? Why did they not measure it before picking it up and if the package exceeded 5 cm then refuse to pick it up? Literally the worst of the worst, never will use packlink anymore, furthermore I will proceed to execute all necessary legal actions, not just because of the extra charge but because I am 100% sure I did provide the correct details when booking my package.

Terrible costumer service
One of those costumer services that although they are real people, they are as useless as bots. My delivery didn't arrive in the location claiming the address was wrong (it wasn't) and got returned without getting contacted for it. I contact support, they give me a voucher. I send the package again, this time I check the tracking, same issue. I reach out to support, they just confirm the address (although I told them it was correct), support didn't do any further action, package got returned yet again. Obviously, I complained about this whole ordeal of incompetence, only solution they provided was another voucher to use on their platform, which I'm obviously never using again. So end of the day, two attempts to send a package, lost my money, got nothing in return.

I had to contact packlink's customer service to cancel a "drop-off" request and replace it with a "pick-up" request. This is the worst experience I ever had with a customer service. It is not enough to spend time explaining them things clearly. You have to follow some very specific rules that seem designed only to make your life hard. I had to explain my problem 3 times because they supposedly cannot deal with 2 shipments in a same thread, and later because I supposedly chose the wrong category. After wasting time through many back and forth, they still haven't solved an otherwise very simple problem.

They can't find the package and just email bots replying the same all the time
On 5th Dec I organized a shipment to my friends in the US with Christmas presents for everybody. The package was picked up by Zeleris on Thu 7th Dec, and it was supposed to be delivered within a week. The following week it was still stuck in Spain. I talked to DHL who told me to talk to Zeleris who told me to talk to Packlink since the service was purchased through their website. I did open two tickets at Packlink's website and got two bot replies (lovely Ligia and Cristina, I do wonder if they exist): one providing me with links and another with a template message saying they will reach out to Zeleris. By 21st Dec I still didn't get any news so I asked again (#15788625). So far, no news. Today is Christmas, we don't know where the package is (for sure it's not where it should be...) and no one cared to do a follow up.
Worse customer service ever.
Ho ho ho, Packlink! Thank you for the trash Christmas.

My package was never collected, I tried to contact the carrier who said “there is some error in the system, contact packlink” and voy, this is IMPOSSIBLE.
They have the worst form I have ever seen where you can’t talk to a human, I have been trying for days to get my money back and it is impossible to get a proper answer.
The refund form doesn’t even work, if you choose “problems with the collection” you are just redirected to a form to change the date. You can’t submit a ticket.
Oh, and if you choose “other” because none of the options fit your particular case they just directly make fun of you by sending an automatic message saying “other is for other bugs in the website, use the proper option in the form”.

UPDATE: Lip service support, eventually disappeared entirely
Update: packlink you did attempt to contact the sender, but not me, via email - she is not however able to contact the collection company still they remain unresponsive. The sender has now left the country of sending but the package is still in charge of the address she left. Please contact me, the recipient and the person who paid for the service to arrange a collection, as she is unable to communicate with skynet / packstar or whoever it is. You must have my contact details from the first engagement. I would really appreciate after weeks now elapsed to speak to a customer service representative in English to resolve this. The company had 1 week in which to organise a collection and didn’t even contact either of us with the packing labels, let alone come to pick up. It was packlink that eventually sent customs labels which are now attached to the box, but then you failed to contact us again for weeks or respond to service requests via your site. A further piece of feedback - maybe make the critical piece of identifying number larger than size 6pt at the end of a small print paragraph in the middle of one of 4 identical looking emails! It was near impossible to track and receive help via the one method you have to submit a web form after approximately 12 click throughs to just the right page, find and enter your 85 digit tracking number, (wait 24 hours for a response and if you don’t get one, then you have no other choice but to complain on trustpilot as your case is closed to further comments?!)

Initially responsive customer service but ultimately having realised the courier never even issued packing labels at all let alone arrange collection, Packlink failed to follow up within one week, let alone their promised 24 hours (tried 3 times). The parcel had to then be left in custody with a landlord to be present for collection instead, having already left the country on pre booked tickets, this took so long, so it is effectively lost permanently now, and Packlink have now ignored us for a week. It's insured for a fraction of the value of replacing those goods, but at the moment I can't even get a response to retrieve what I've paid for the service, let alone insurance. All is lost because instead of use a reputable well-known courier, like those Packlink suggest are their 'partners' on their web page, they used Europe's absolute worst company called Skynet / Starpack depending on which holding name you're dealing with today - with 1.6 rating instead. Horrific experience.
By the way, if you insure a box of clothes for example, you will be presented with a claim form expecting proof of purchase of every single item, its value, and the receipt of that purchase - good luck. In other words, the insurance is a con, but if you choose to use it this might be useful information to know in advance, to someone.

Deceptive Practices and Exorbitant Charges Exposed - Beware!
Packlick's services turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I used their service through eBay to send a parcel, only to find myself embroiled in a dubious money-grabbing scheme. Initially, they demanded an extra sum of money, claiming it was necessary for my shipment. Later, shockingly, they attempted to charge me double the agreed-upon amount, citing a supposed error in parcel size as an excuse for an additional surcharge.
This whole experience reeked of a blatant scam. I reluctantly paid the inflated fee, only to realize that I had been taken advantage of. The charges imposed were exorbitant and far exceeded the reasonable costs for a delivery within mainland UK.
It's despicable how Packlick operates, preying on unsuspecting customers. A quick glance at their numerous other negative reviews reveals a pattern of deceitful practices and exploitation. They are shameless scammers who thrive on deceiving people.
I urge anyone considering Packlick's services to be cautious. Don't fall victim to their underhanded tactics and unjustifiable fees. It's disappointing and disgraceful that a company would stoop so low as to swindle individuals in this manner.

i already pay with Packlink $300 to send my clithes from spain to USA. They "manage" my package, with Zeleris, then those send it to DHL... and now they charge me 300$ to deliver it... it is a scam. Packlink is opaque by design
Packlink is incompetent and opaque by design.
The only customer service efforts are on these review platforms, to do damage control on the negative reviews from frustrated customers.
Other than that, I have flagged that my package (UN2023COM0000113338) has not been collected for two straight days, to no avail.
I would recommend avoiding this incompetent middleman and contracting directly with the logistics provider
