I put 1 star because I can't put 0. I was sent a package from Spain full of clothes, food and most importantly, my medicines (very important since I suffer from a neurological disease) They said my package was delivered but I still don't know to whom, definetely not to me. Nobody called me, nobody left me a note about where my package was being left. Awful

4 FAILED attempts to collect a parcel, but offered compensation on my next purchase, which is only usable on a specific Spanish language site, which I couldn't understand.. so no compensation

If I could give 0 stars I would!

If I could give 0 stars I would. A claim was submitted for item that was apparently 'damaged', no evidence or explanation on how, anyway that aside. I was told my claim would take 30 days, I keep getting fobbed off, i have been told the person dealing with my claim will be in contact but I just keep getting automated messages from said person. It is now 73 days later and still my claim has not been dealt with. I either want my item back or to be refunded. There is no way of making a complaint, you can't speak to 'real' people, no phone number etc. I think they just hope you get bored and give up trying! Save your money, time and hassle. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Packlink.es is only pretending that is…

Packlink.es is only pretending that is helping clients on Trustpilot by answering them. Its just for public. My problem was not solved and the same happened to many other people.
Packling charged from my account additional money one month after the service ( when you go to other opinions you will see that it happened to many people). It was done without any communication and without any prove that their claim is valid.In their support email they are not solving anything, repeating the same standard messages, requesting impossible evidences ( while they are not able to provide evidences themselves). This company is fraud.

They are bad service and fraud charging additional amount weeks after!!

Very bad service I will never ever send my package with packlink.
First, the package was not picked up on the agreed date and I had to make a lot of complains in order to make it done.

But the worst started 3 weeks after delivering the package. Packlink came back to me saying that package was bigger and heavier than in the documents. The package was measured and weighed by me several times. The currier did not signal any difference in the weigh and measure and the service has been performed. If there was any difference normally it should had been siganled immediatly, when the package was picked up or during the shipment. This would be a normal procedure which allows to verify the validity of the claim. However claiming it 3 weeks after the shipment is not allowing any verification if the claim is real or the client is cheated. The burden of proof in on the client!
More over the money was immediatly charged from my account ( without any previous communication). It was 345 Euro! I have already paid 180 Eur for the shipment so it makes together 530 Euro to send package from Belgium to Spain!.
I was sending packages many times in my life and its a first time I have faced such a treatment. I used Packlink first time and it was the last time ! How additional payment can be taken from your account without any previous communication, any evidence, any verification of the claim, without consent of the client after 3 weeks after performing the service? Its fraud!

DO NOT USE PACKLINK. THEY HAVE LOST MY FUTURE BUSINESS AND DON'T DESERVE YOURS!

My insurance claim has been IGNORED for a month.

I sent my eBay sale through Packlink/UPS fully insured in the UK. It arrived damaged. Not sure how, I've literally sent the same product all over the world without issue.

After fulfilling many unreasonable expectations, including photographic proof of packaging from the buyer, proof of it not being repairable etc., my claim and 2 follow up messages have been ignored. This is indefensible.

Were Packlink based in the UK I would have already started Small Claims Court proceedings. However you should know they are based in Madrid, Spain. The amount owed is almost £900!

I do not believe the positive reviews are authentic (who reviews a delivery broker?!) BUT can recommend interparcel.com. Please use them instead.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience.

The estimated delivery of 5 days went to actual non-delivery yet to 22 days, and still counting...

Fault#1: The pickup date was postponed from the next day of the order to one week after! And of course without any notification, I was waiting home all day until late.

Fault#2: The "estimated" delivery of 5 days is now to 22 days and still counting... the packet has not been delivered yet.

Fault#3: The tracking code is not working for the local courier service at the delivery country. After asking the packlink customer support for a valid tracking number to be able to track it locally, after 6 days I have no response yet.

I had another bad experience in the past, but I decided to give the company one more chance... and, once more, they disappointed me.

Clearly fraudulent extra charges weeks later?!

Not sure what's going on with this company; they seem to have a sideline in scamming users weeks later for extra carriage charges, which are clearly fraudulent: The Ebay forums are full of complaints, and it beggars belief that Ebay still offer their services as a default. Don't use them!

Avoid this company for your shippings

Avoid this company for your shippings. I made a shipping with insurance and when the item arrived broken they made everything to not to fulfill the insurance I paid. Item was perfectly packed as we are a store and we have all the protection needed for shippings, even when the rest of the goods arrived good. If it were an insufficient packaging there could be more items damaged... They lies, untrustable, avoidable.

Dont use this as a way to pay for ebay…

Dont use this as a way to pay for ebay postage. They randomly send surcharge charges with no evidence to support their demand and ask you to prove them wrong ! and they supply no evidence to support their allegations. DONT USE THEM, they are scammers.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Super bad customer service, different customer service officer created different explanation.

Created a pick-up, parcel from Spain to Macau.

Tracking the parcel after 7days, and Packlink emailed me said unable to contact consignee and requested to provides phone number. Then, I have provided 4 mobile numbers.

Then, few days later. I follow up again, and Packlink said the parcel is returned because is unable contact my customer. But I checked the tracking system from the carriage and the parcel is in Shanghai. Then, Packlink said they will follow-up. I wait until 2 weeks later, and noticed my parcel still flying in the air and suddenly my credit card is being CHARGED for returned and re-shipped again.

First, I paid €81.02 on 11 Jan 2022 and second charged it was on 16 Feb 2022. The second charges is considered illegal action because it's charged without delivery the service and no advance notification. After, I received an email said the Shanghai custom has been destroyed my parcel.

These are my 3rd times bad experienced with Packlink. 2 parcels before, parcel with proper packaging and remarks fragile. But don't understand why it's been opened and repacked again without protection and fragile sticker then caused the parcel broken. The carriage said my parcel is unproper packed, and no claim then Packlink closed my case. I was speechless because we paid the service and I paid also the insurance after Packlink said there is unable to claim because I don't packed it proper and I must take photos, proof them. And they just ignored me and sent me a link to read, I am so speechless. We lost the goods and I rearranged the parcel by DHL and shipped to my customer.

Now, this case is happened with fradulent credit card payment without any information or calls. At least Packlink must give a call, but somehow after plenties of times complaints they refund me only 81.02Euros. I paid 162.04 for this lousy service and my parcel is being destroyed. After many times complaints, Packlink ask me to call TNT China to check by myself.

I don't know HOW is the process, collection by Starpack, Skynet and now is TNT. Now parcel is destroyed, and I don't know how to get claim.

Today, I received an email by Marcelo. Mentioned my case is closed because the parcel has been delivered to the customer on 23 Feb 2022. I cannot believe, there are many types of flasehood. I just called my customer, they don't received any parcel. And the delivered proof is blank, no receiver information.

Anyhow, my company is tired to dealing with Packlink. We will proceed with a police report regarding my extra charged on credit card without notify me, and then we will file case with The European Consumer Centre in Spain (ECC Spain) since NO SATISFY answer from Packlink.
