Packhelp is a growing company that, like any expanding business, still has areas to improve. However, overall I would recommend them. They provide efficient and professional customer service, and the quality-price ratio of their products is very competitive.

I have placed two orders with them and intend to continue working with Packhelp in the future, as long as they maintain reasonable pricing.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank them and send my best regards to the entire Packhelp team.

Does not abide by contracted delivery and production dates. Avoiding in the future.

We have been scammed twice in a row.
Here is how our last 2 orders went with Packhelp:
- We ordered custom stickers with a specific diecut. They came in a completely different color, unusable and Packhelp does not want to take any responsibility or refund.
- We ordered custom boxes, shared a design and received a quote, that we paid. After paying, packhelp came back saying that the price was actually 2 times what was initially quoted because they did not look at the template shared.
Of course no accountability or any commercial gestures done here.

Before you order with them, just be aware of the risk.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Packhelp is the worst company I have ever dealt with—so terrible that I wonder if it is actually a scam operation. They have no direct number, no customer service agents that get in touch with you even though they state that they'll get back to you after 24hours.

After a month of ordering some customised stickers and tape, Packhelp did not process my order until 3 weeks later, and when they did process it they only delivered 1 of the 3 items I ordered, of which I had to pay over 50% of customs and duties in taxes of the goods. The other items they till this day have not even produced. The final straw is today receiving a package from them, and they have sent me GENERIC STICKERS and not the customised designs I ordered which COST MORE. In the 1 email they've sent me, they keep changing excuses as to why the order is not with me. I have asked for a refund countless times and they have completely ignored all my emails. Packhelp is an absolute sham of a company, and now I have been forced to contact the police and a lawyer to recollect the funds that they have stolen from me...a whole debacle for some simple stickers.

I would not trust your credit cards with them. And certainly their customer service is one of the worst out there.

The products are great, and a good (and much more sustainable) alternative to amazon China products ... Also had an issue with a promised discount that was not working but Magdalena from support help me to solve this quickly, Thank you!

The quality of the boxes is way below par. They fold with the heat, they break, and we can't use them in our pizzeria. The material is super thin, they don't keep the pizzas warm but the worst thing is that they break.
I reached out to customer service and the only thing they did was told us to add greaseproof paper, and that this is normal. This is not written in the product spec.
Many years using pizza boxes, never had such a poor quality experience.

The platform does not show the correct order status, so contacting Customer service is necessary for updates. The product quality is excellent and the process is straightforward.
