STOP STOP STOP STOP going with this…

STOP STOP STOP STOP going with this company to have insurance i have condo insurance it is a rental property i explained everything very well to Eric sand wall. when i got this insurance in 2023. so when it was renewing in 2024 i called Eric. couple of time i could not get connected with him then i was able to talk another guy he reviewed the policy to me and told me that Eric mad e me primary home owner for that condo . i told him no it is rental and then he told me that if it is rental then policy will be very expencive more than double then i ask hi to cancel then he told me to cance with you r agent i was able to talk to ERIC. TO CANCEL THE POLICY. ERIC WAS LITTLE MANUPULATIVE TO BLAME ON ME THAT I TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS MY PRIMARY REDITDENT THEN I REMINDE HIM ALL THE CONVERSATION THEN HE APPOLOGIZED AND HE SAID HE WILL CANCE THE POLICY. AND THEN I GOT RENEW NOTICE THIS YEAR . THEN I CALLED THE MAIN NO. THAT POLICY WAS CANCELED LAST YEAR IN AUGUST. THEN THEY TOLD ME TO SEND CANCELATION NOTICE AND GAVE ME THE SIGHT I DID IT RIGHT AWAY. AND THEN EVERY THING WAS ON AUTO ANS.THEN I CALLED AGAIN AND REBERT O NAS. AND I EXPLAINED HIM THAT I HAD AAA. WHEN I CANCELED IN 2023. AND YOU GUYS TOOK AUTO PAY FROM MY CHECKING, HE TOLD ME TO SEND THE PROOF THAT YOU HAD AAA. ONCE WE RECEIVE IT WE WILL REFUND WITH IN 24 HRS THE CONVERSATION WAS ON 7/14/2025. BUT AFTER I DID EVERYTHING I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL ABOUT THE FULL REFUNF THEN I CALLED AGAIN LUCKLY I WAS CONNECTED WITH ERICK ON 7/24/2025. I EXPLAINED HIM . HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD CANCELED THE POLICY IN 2023. BUT HE CANNOT HAVE EXESS ANY MORE . HE WAS TRYING TO RETRIVE. BU HE COULD NOT DO FULLY. THEN HE ASKE ME TO CALL MAIN NO. THEN ON MAIN NO. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT CANCEL IF THE AGENT ASK THEM TO CANCEL THE POLICY THE POLOCY HOLDER HAD TO CANCEL . THEN I SKED HOW DO I KNOW I WAS NEVER TOLD AND I BOUGHT THROUGH MY AGENT AND I CANCELLED THROUGH MY AGENT LAST YEAR AND WHOLE YEAR I WAS PAYING DOUBLE INSURANCE I NEED MY REFUND AND THEY ARE DENYING AND LYING TOO AND FRAUD TO MAKE ME PRIMARY OWNER FOR THE HOUSE I AM GING TO CONTACT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. AND TAKE THEM TO THE COURT. AND I WILL CALL KTVU.
