No problems with using this service
No problems with using this service. Found it easier to sign up and get verfied with than the other OZ Lotto (The Lott) online service. Tickets do cost a little bit more than they do at The Lott. For people who are checking this place out before signing up - the prices may look a LOT higher than the regular prices. When you login the proper prices will show.

Great app
Great app, efficient respons when purchasing tickets as well as the results. Easy to buy the tickets anytime. It's not like you have to go and buy at the newsagents shop so thanks for make it easier for us. Greatful to be part of this service.

Our QuickPick feature randomly selects numbers using a software library, that is run by our server, or your browser if you click the 'QuickPick all unfilled games' button
It is a true random number generator, and not a psuedo-random number generator. Pseudo-random number generation using another algorithm to make the data set appear 'more random' to human perception, by trying to avoid sequential or recurring numbers. This is however, following a calculated pattern and is not truly random.
The nature of randomness is that you will often have repeating or sequential numbers.
Unfortunately we do not have the ability to refund drawn tickets. However, if in the future you are unhappy with your selected ticket/QuickPicked numbers before the draw occurs, please get in touch with us so we can cancel and refund this for you.
