Ozemfit capsules...more like Ozemfraud!!

I have struggled to lose weight since I was 42yrs old. I am now 57 and due to menopause and having an underactive thyroid since my late 20s I tend to stay the same weight or gain a little each year no matter how little I eat.
I also hold a lot of fluid due to inadequate lymphatic drainage which is partly due to my long standing thyroid issues.
So over the last few years out of desperation I have tried several natural herbal weight loss brands which claim to boost lymphatic drainage and kick start your metabolism.
These brands have all claimed to have pure...superior quality ingredients especially imported from Japan like green tea and ashwaganda.
So because of this they claim it pushes the price up to at least £69.99 for a 30 day supply.
Ozemfit were no different and in order to get a discounted price you had to watch a 30 - 40 minute hard sell video which you could not pause or fast forward in order to get your highly discounted offer.
My offer wasn't great!! I was offered one bottle at £59.99...or 3 x bottles for £150.00. The video advised me to purchase the three bottles as stock runs out quickly...they even used Reece Witherspoon to promote Ozemfit!
Of course I wasn't going to spend £150.00 on 3 x bottles with no guarantee of them actually working. I wasn't even going to purchase one bottle! But then I thought why not give it a go!! So I purchased one bottle for £59.99...I did this because they claimed there was a 60 day guarantee...if you saw no results or were not happy you could get a full refund within 60 days of purchasing.
The video stated time and time again that after taking Ozemfit for at least 3 weeks your metabolism will have boosted enough to have excess energy...loss of water retention and you would see several inches lost from your waistline. They advised you to purchase at least 2 or 3 bottles as this weight may not stay off if you choose the one bottle deal!
So I purchased one bottle at £59.99 just to give it a try...it said the product was US and UK manufactured...but it took 2.5 - 3 weeks to arrive to the UK...and it arrived in a very rustly....thin plastic post bag with custom stickers which indicated that it was sent from China!
After taking Ozemfit for almost 4 weeks and having no noticable results in energy increase...absolutely no loss of weight from my waistline and still exactly the same fluid retention as the previous month...it was clear that Ozemfit does not do what it states on the website or extremely long promotional videos on social media.
All the other previous herbal supplements which I've purchased online which claimed to do a similar thing made me sleep heavily...Ozemfit didn't even do that!!! So that was another indicator that it had done absolutely nothing to kick-start my metabolism as they guaranteed it would!
So beginning of last week I found the customer services email address and wrote to them to claim a full refund.
I got a reply 2 days later from a person called Harley at 3.30am (which indicates that they are several hours ahead of the UK timewise) so again indicates that customer services is actually in China.
Harley was very pleasant and helpful putting lots of green hearts in the email!
But she only offered me a 15% refund and said that I could keep the product!!! Which is not a full refund as Ozemfit had stated...and in order to find out if it would work the product was already used up anyway!
Harley wanted to help me and was trying to talk me into purchasing more Ozemfit instead of refunding me in full.
I replied asking for a full refund as clearly guaranteed when purchased.
I asked for this full refund last Thursday...it is now Tuesday the following week and I haven't had a response from Harley.
So therefore I am writing this review on Trust Pilot in order to alert other possible purchasers of Ozemfit to this outcome before they part with their money!
