Bella was happy to assist with an issue I was having with a product. Turns out it was user error, but she was happy to answer all of my questions and help out promptly and politely.

I bought this because they claimed the quality matches premium brands. Spoiler alert: you get what you pay for. The screws don't align,bolt and nuts missing and the paint is already peeling.week after installing exposed frames are rusting. To make matters worse, I emailed before buying to ask about an EOFY discount. The rep told me there was no sale coming up—only for a sale to drop a week later. When I emailed to ask what happened and explain why, they just said they didn't know what's coming up. No compensation or anything. If you can afford to avoid this company, consider it a financial win.

Ordered some new mirrors from these fellas and to be honest I was a bit sceptical of the quality as they were quite cheap. On receiving the mirrors to my surprise the quality was pretty bloody good. Received bull bar. Scratches and dents. Have sent pictures 4 or 5 times now through their file system and email. Keep telling me the pictures are no good.

Each time their response takes a week turn around. Smells like excuses.

Than find now instructions and a absolute puzzle.
