I'd like to thank our sales rep, John, for sticking with us while our doctor's office was going through a computer system changeover which inadvertently held up our order a bit. John was a good as his word about providing us everything we discussed in our order and going beyond expectations in insuring that we got exactly what was needed. The UPS tracking was a little crazy but it turned out fine and the shipment arrived in the timeframe that John indicated it would. Finally, I have charged the batteries, strapped on the POC and practiced dancing with my husband with it on. It works!!! Thank you so much.
