The bracket for my cycle front light having sheared off, I emailed Oxford Products to ask if I could buy a replacement. No, I couldn't, but they'd be delighted to send me one free, gratis and for nothing. Now THAT is old-fashioned customer service at its very best. The item arrived just a couple of days after my initial request. Thank you Oxford Products!

Oxford commuter heated grips. Owned for 5 months now.
Pros:
On high I can feel the heat even through my thick winter grips.
Easy to trip to size and fit.
They have a slight tackyness to them which provides great grip.
Cons:
The low setting is too low, I can't feel anything, even through my thin summer gloves.
The glue sticks well to the plastic throttle but does not stick to the left grip on the metal handlebar. The grip spins on the bar which can be dangerous, need to look into a different glue for this.
