Car serviced today. Great service from Hazel and the rest of the after-sales team.

I recently purchased a mini as a surprise gift for my daughter. It was purchased privately, but I brought it to The North Oxford Mini for a once over. I dealt with Emma Davies in the service team. Emma did everything she could to make sure the car was safe and my daughter had a special day receiving the car. THANK YOU Emma!

Great experience from start to finish. Darren was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Really happy with the service and my new car — would definitely recommend.

After initially popping in for a look and finding a car I really liked I went in and was greeted by Emily who promptly got me the keys to have a look around and show me the features. After running numbers and being happy with the figures I was allowed to take the car on a 15-20 minute test drive to really get a feel. I needed to sell my car elsewhere so was allowed to reserve the car for a few days until sorted. Very quickly a deal was agreed, pricing was spot on for the market so cheekily asked for some stripes to be added which Emily and management agreed wouldn’t be an issue. Very quickly got paperwork, stripes and MOT sorted during the week as well as some new plates made for my private reg. Emily went above and beyond even coming in on a weekend that normally she has off to allow me to collect. I even got to a choose a freebie from the lifestyle accessories. I’ve not been this excited for a car in a long time and the customer service received just heightened that. Would throughly recommend, car was prepared beautifully, great customer service and a good coffee too!

Visited yesterday for a spare part. Service was exceptional and part was fitted too. Nothing was too much trouble.

Isabelle was great. Fast / good communication on the lead up to me buying and really efficient yesterday when I came to collect my new Mini.

I got my lovely Mini from here a couple of weeks ago and whilst you expect good service while they're trying to sell you something, to continue to give the same level of excellence afterwards is far rarer. Isabelle and others have looked after me and my car so well they thoroughly deserve a 5 star review. Thank you for all you guys do, especially Isabelle, for looking after me and my Mini.

My much loved Mini convertible was bought by North Oxford Mini via CarWow. Pete Jackson, the Group Buyer was extremely courteous from the get go, there was no waiting around on any information, everything was explained to me, the whole process was seamless from the point of sale to the car being collected from Scotland only 48hrs later. Couldn’t have been an easier experience, absolutely first class!

Further to my experience at Mini with my back wiper my purchase of a back wiper arm 7.99 from Amazon has now been fitted by a friend and works no problem at all. It’s a shame I can’t put a video of it on here working would why on earth could Mini of Nott just ordered me a back wiper arm and actually tested the motor like they said they did to check it was going round and then I would’ve probably ordered the wiper arm from them
What I most angry about is the fact that they told my husband it may be the motor as if it had been tested which was impossible as the keys were in my handbag in the showroom. I will be contacting Mini complaints about this.

Who went the extra mile to get us what we wanted and helped us sell our trade in vehicle in order to get the best price.
Darren spent a long time showing all the set ups and downloaded the mini app and explained everything to us.
All round service was excellent and I would recommend the garage to all our friends. Score 10 plus.

My used Mini was bought by the dealership and handled painlessly, efficiently and professionally by the Group buyer Pete Jackson. I would happily recommend the dealership.
