Excellent service from start to finish

The person I dealt with had a full understanding of my issue before he came on the call and was able to discuss best options and sort everything out very efficiently

I was recommended to use Oxford IT Solutions by another business I work with. I needed help to migrate my email account from Google to Microsoft. It's my work account so absolutely essential to get it right, and they absolutely nailed it. They kept me informed on progress throughout, made sure to check everything was working and completed the work very quickly. I'm really pleased.

Very prompt initial response and remote diagnosis requiring delivery of the PC to the OITS workshop in Kidlington. There was some alarm over how long the repair would take but OITS responded well and we got the PC back in 48 hours. PC is running smoothly and we will use OITS again when required. Price was acceptable.

Rob sorted out our IT issues, he explained what the causes were and what we needed to do to rectify matters. Office communication when arranging appointments was great, too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I've used Oxford IT off and on for years, both at work and at home. During my most recent experience, Rob immediately fixed something Microsoft had been wrestling with (unsuccessfully) for almost a fornight. He has ALWAYS been excellent; I can't rate him highly enough. He has set up software, hardware, and fixed hiccups.
