Good

Good. But moving money from hsbc to Oxbury is very nervey when hsbc account checker says ‘not recognised’ account.

Efficient, excellent customer service

Joined Oxbury following a recommendation via Martin Lewis / Money Saving Expert.
Efficient & straightforward onboarding experience and everything since then has been equally manageable.
If / when I have needed assistance, someone has always been available promptly (via phone)
