Ordering shirts from Own Dream was a shot in the dark in my quest for the perfect dress shirt. That quest is now over

Everything about this experience was customer-focused and first class all the way. I initially ordered four shirts (I’ve since added one additional shirt to my order.). The Own Dream team asked me if they could make one shirt and send it to me to assess fit before producing the others. I agreed and that shirt arrived yesterday.

Everything about the unboxing experience was as close to bespoke as I’ve experienced. Absolutely beautiful packaging, but you don’t wear the box. So, I checked out the prototype.

The shirt fit absolutely perfectly and was extremely flattering on me. It was also the most comfortable dress shirt I’ve ever worn. I have purchased many shirts that were more expensive and many that were 100% tailor-made. This shirt wins, hands down.

I actually wore the shirt out last night to celebrate my wife’s birthday (29, same as every year). The shirt held up beautifully, in the car, at the restaurant, the whole night. Again, I’ve never been more comfortable in a dress shirt. I took a quick look in the mirror before getting changed for bed (I’m a Leo. That’s what we do.) and the shirt looked as brand new as it did coming out of the box earlier in the day.

The Own Dream team texted me to ensure receipt. I let them know how pleased I was and am with their work, asked them to make the remaining three shirts in my initial order and I asked them to add one additional shirt in a different color to my order. I also asked them for a link to leave this review. They have earned five stars and then some. It was just a perfect experience from beginning to end. I can’t wait to receive (and wear) the other four shirts!

The shirts are truly customized to fit perfectly and the customer service is great. Ava is my product specialist and she is friendly, responsive and answered all questions with speed and charm.

I am really glad I made my first purchase because these are great shirts at a fair price.

The shirts fit very well. I had an issue of neck size on 2 shirts but the company did them again no charge with excellent service. Certainly builds trust in their process!
