I purchases shoes in early February, and like many people commenting here I thought I was ripped off as I had heard nothing since then, tracking number doesn't make sense and it is March 5th. That said, I received my purchase today. They are exactly what I purchased and extremely comfortable. The only problem is they are huge. My size 8 ordered seems more like a 9, or more. Maybe if I had done more research I would have known to size down. If not for that I would be very happy, although it took a long time and I was nervous with no viable communication option. If anyone wants to buy my pink size 9, let me know.

placed an order on Feb 12, 2024 today is March 4, nothing yet no tracking, no verification. I have emailed this company which claims the factory is working on making the shoes. I have never seen a company operate like this. My last email I received no response at all. I am going to dispute my credit card payment

These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn and at an affordable price. I have bad feet and find it really difficult to find shoes that I can wear. Will only wear Owlkay

After reading the reviews, I am very worried that I will have to call my credit card company again about a bogus company out of China. When am I going to learn? I ordered them last week and have heard nothing as for when they might be shipped. I guess I will have to wait and see. Wish me luck!

Easy to use site and quick delivery

Beware, this company is a Scam. I never received the shoes. I took the tracking information to the post office, as it noted "waiting for delivery" for 3 weeks. The tracking number is not legitimate.

I have trouble buying shoes as I have fallen arches and due to medication have swollen feet and ankles.
Owlkay shoes give me the support I need and are broad fitting so they suit me perfectly plus they are soooo comfortable as well as stylish. Thank you Owlkay, I am a fan.

The order took a little time to come, but it was well worth the wait. I ordered two pairs of shoes, and love them. I actually love them so much (looks and comfort) that I bought another two pairs. Today I'm going to place another order. This time I'm buying a pair for my best friend, and another style for me. I highly recommend this product.

When my order arrived and the shoes were not fitting i asked for the return address expecting to pay for shipping. They sent several emails offering to let me keep the shoes with a 30% return of the cost. Totally not the return policy and I refused. I will keep the shoes and donate them before accepting their bogus offer. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I almost ordered some of these shoes until I read these horrendous reviews. Reminds me a a scam seller from China who I ordered a set lf La Crueset cast iron cookware from last year. They sent me a tiny car keychain remote control, insisting that is what i ordered. Never mind I had the complete order that showed the cookware. It took months but my bank finally reimbursed me. If I see an ad on Facebook for something that looks really great, you can bet it’s a rip off Chinese company who will totally scam you. I refrained from ordering these shoes and so should you.l

Ordered 3 months ago, still haven't received my shoes! Have made contact on a number of occasions and am being ignored. First experience in ordering brilliant, second experience HORRENDOUS. Lift your game or give me a credit.

THIS COMPANY STEALS YOUR MONEY. YOU ORDER SHOES, SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT. THEY CONSTANTLY SEND YOU MESSAGES ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVAL. IT NEVER COMES. YOU CAN'T CONTACT ANYONE. THIS COMPANY IS MADE UP OF CROOKS.

Love what I've bought in the past perfect fit and so comfortable to wear

I ordered pair of sandles, unaware that it was in US currency. Immediately emailed to say do not process order.
Order was processed irrespective, and advised refund was not possible. 6 weeks later still waiting for delivery. Checked 3 times, advised delivery on its way.
Upon contacting courier company was advised, product was returned to sender.
No communication done if any attempt was made to deliver to home address. Now they have stopped responding to all my emails🤨
