Full description with measurements made ordering easy, product came well-packaged with all parts clearly labeled, I really appreciate that extra parts were furnished, assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, assembly went smoothly, the product is great quality and couch and chairs are very comfortable. I am very impressed with this product! The one criticism I have is difficulty attaching the feet. A ratchet wrench is needed to make attachment easier.

When I had an issue with an arm piece, I was sent out a new one quickly. Customer service is fantastic and the furniture is sturdy and high quality.

The cushion covers fit perfectly and totally revived our outdoor modular furniture set. They also arrived in a timely manner.

One of the pieces didn’t expand fully after a few days. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement right away. All pieces are super comfy. Would definitely buy again.

Ordering the product online was very easy. The items came within a few weeks and I was very satisfied.

Received one tracking number for all items but only received half of my order. Reached out to Ovios by email, never got a response. Called the customer service number and it just hangs up on you. Still have not received my fire table or even a separate tracking number saying it shipping separately. I have no idea if it is on its way or lost. I also put together the couch and love seat and the back piece of the love seat is so twisted that it twists the whole love seat and makes it so one leg is off the ground and won’t sit level. The couch is fine and I actually really like it. Just want my fire table and I wish the love seat wasn’t messed up.

I’m a first time purchaser and bought the OVIOS 104-inch L-Shaped Sectional Sofa Ottoman.
This product is not cheaply made and I was quite surprised in how dense and heavy this was. Not like any other store bought ottoman. I’m so impressed with the quality that I will be ordering another ottoman.

I ordered cushion covers for my outdoor set. They had what I needed, shipped timely, and the covers worked great!

Delivery was quick. The couch unpacked and set up very easy. It took about 3 days to fully fluff up, but was comfortable to sit on out of the box. The two sections can separate a little easily because they are just held together by velcro, but it's not bad. Very good quality for the price!

love the new furniture

I took over a month for my couch to be delivered. When i reached out to customer service they said it was a pre order......however no where on the website did anything say the couch was a pre order.

The pictures are deceiving and make it look like there is a high back to the couch but there is not. It's about 12 inches high so you can't lean back against it. And the pillow doesn't help at all.

Good note - it's soft!

Update: As you can see below, Ovios apologize’s for the bad customer service and indicated they will contact us to make it better. That has never happened and I will tell you don’t order the black cushions, that is what we ended up with in the order mixup and they are always hot and show everything. This is the second time I have ordered outdoor furniture and both times I selected the color I wanted and when I hit submit the color changed. Both times i immediately sent an email indicating that the order showed the wrong color. The first time I received an email saying no problem and the second time i was told sorry it had been shipped. That was shortly before I received the notice of shipping first thing on Monday. After receiving the order I have quickly realized that the quality has gone down significantly since my first order in 2020. Very disappointed in service and quality for my second order.

Assembly was pretty easy, it took several hours, but I didn’t see that as a big deal. The instructions were mostly clear and what I wasn’t clear on was answered by the videos from the link provided. We love the set! It is comfortable, looks great, and has turned our patio into a place where we all like to hang out!

I was missing pieces, and I thought they were not included in the order. It took some time, but they got back to me. I will receive the rest at the beginning of next month, as they were out of stock!
