I found the customer service very friendly and helpful. She complained my policy very well and I'd not confusion what my policy covers and the quote compared to other insurers was great value.

I found 'OUTsurance' premiums to be far more expensive than competitors for similar products. But it's not surprising considering their advertising budget. Their adds have been flooding the airwaves all summer. If any company spends so much on advertising, how can it give value to its customers. The '10% back after 3 years claims-free' is a cheap selling point. So shop around.

I got the recommendation from my mam. Was very quick and easy. Everyone i spoke to was polite, clear and helpful. Nearly halved my renewal price. Excellent
